It is composed as follows: - Living room/kitchen - Bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 cm - Shower room/wc (walk-in shower) adjoining the bedroom Access by a few steps - 18 m² terrace partially covered - Garden furniture - Electric barbecue - Deckchairs - 400 m from the gite, heated swimming pool shared with the other cottages (10x 5.5 meters, depth 1.20m to 1.80m), open from 27/04 to 27/10 (from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.), secured by a protective barrier. Access to the swimming pool is only permitted to persons specified in the rental contract - Air conditioning in the bedroom - Washing machine - Freezer - Gas hobs - Oven - Microwave - Television - Hairdryer - Wi-Fi outside the gîte (space furnished with table and garden chairs at the entrance to the gîte, next to the owners' terrace) - Fireplace (wood provided) - Possibility of mountain and river walks with the owner every Thursday (free service) - The cleaning option at €50
