All with private bathrooms and common areas, consisting of kitchens equipped with electrical appliances, including a washing machine, a large dining room and a TV. On the ground floor, you can enjoy the many sunny days of Madrid, on a very bright interior patio. Please note: - The minimum stay is 4 months but in Summer (June, July and August), the minimum stay is reduced to 1 month. - The deposit is usually equal to one month's rental price. However, depending on the candidate's solvency it can be 2 months. - Weekly cleaning of the common areas is included.
