Lovely apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator in the La Cañada del Barco residential complex, just 50 meters from Peñoncillo Beach in Torrox — a perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway. It features a living-dining room with 32" TV, free fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and access to a spacious terrace with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, plus 1 full bathroom with bathtub/shower. There's integrated air conditioning with individual temperature control for the living room and both bedrooms. A private underground parking space is included. The residential complex also offers a communal swimming pool with garden areas, available during the summer season (dates may vary depending on community rules). Please note that these dates are approximate and subject to change by the community administration. We recommend inquiring directly for the most up-to-date information on opening and closing dates. Pets not allowed, under a penalty of 200€ . The guest has to throw the garbage in the public containers (if in doubt about the closest location, contact us). Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50. As well as leaving the kitchen utensils and kitchen utensils used by the guest clean (pans, pots, plates, glasses ...) Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50. Since the cleaning includes the general cleaning of the house, including laundry of the whole house, as well as general cleaning of the kitchen, but does not include the garbage collection service or the cleaning of dirty utensils in the room. The house is delivered clean and neat and guests are expected to treat it as if it were their own, with proper use of things, as well as looking for the material provided for their use and enjoyment. As is the case with umbrellas, if it is windy they remain closed, since in case of breakage the deposit will be charged, as well as good use of hammocks, chairs and other household items. In the event that any appliance / accessory does not work properly, please notify your contact person so that they can be aware of this failure and be able to fix it in the shortest possible time to achieve the most pleasant stay of the Guest. Depending on the house and guests staying you are given 1 or 2 sets of keys, in which the loss of any of these sets of keys by the guests will result in the change of the lock cylinder for a new one (for reasons security) so the cost of the change will be charged from the deposit, as well as the misuse of the keys in which the guests accidentally get locked outside the house and the keys are inside the house, depending on where the circumstance may be charged for the service. In the event that the key is forgotten inside the house lock, a locksmith will have to be called to open the house and this expense will be borne by the guest. The towels and sheets of the house (lingerie) are to make the stay in our houses a pleasant and comfortable experience for the guests, so please do not use the towels or linen for personal use to remove make-up, clean alcohol or wine of any surface since the cleaning of makeup, alcohol or wine can leave marks or irreversible stains on them and they will have to be discarded and the lingerie unit will be charged. The use of crystal glasses of any kind is not allowed in the pool or on the edge of it, due to possible detachments of crystals inside the pool and future cuts by guests
