Perfectly situated to discover the best of North Cornwall, choose from the nearby beautiful beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath, whether you want sail, swim, or surf. The market town of Wadebridge is a car journey away, with its interesting independent shops, cinema, and restaurants, along with being the midpoint of the Camel Trail, a level cycle track built on a former railway line. Pay Port Isaac a visit; this historic and picturesque fishing village is a pleasure to spend a few hours, watching fishing boats unload lobster pots, and wander around narrow lanes in between tiny, whitewashed, former fishermen's cottages. All of this awaits at Mill Pond.The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, runs through the village.
