BUNRATTY CASTLE GARDENS - DESCRIPTION Bunratty Castle Gardens is a delightful cluster of pet-friendly holiday homes located just 400 metres from the famous 15th century Bunratty Castle and Folk Park in County Clare. These modern holiday homes provide an excellent base for exploring Counties Clare, Limerick and Tipperary. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and walking routes, these holiday homes are ideal for guests travelling with their four-legged companions and looking to enjoy a self-catering break in the west of Ireland. BUNRATTY CASTLE GARDENS - 3 BEDROOMS - SLEEPS 6 This pet-friendly holiday home sleeps 6 guests comfortably and offers spacious accommodation over two levels. PROPERTY LAYOUT: Ground Floor: - Well-equipped kitchen - Living area with comfortable furnishings and TV - Dining area - French doors leading to the rear garden - Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with en-suite, sleeping 2 First Floor: - Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom, sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom, sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC - Lawned garden with patio area and outdoor furniture - WiFi available - Towels provided PET FRIENDLY HOLIDAY HOME Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome at Bunratty Castle Gardens by prior arrangement. Unfortunately, larger breeds cannot be accommodated at this property. A charge of €40 per dog is payable locally to the Property Manager, with a maximum of two dogs permitted per booking. Please note that the garden area is open plan and dogs should be kept on a lead while outdoors within the development. Dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Dogs must be added to your booking at the time of reservation through our call centre, as pets cannot be accepted without prior confirmation. LOCAL AREA AND TOURIST ATTRACTIONS Located just a short stroll from Bunratty Castle Gardens is the picturesque village of Bunratty, home to shops, restaurants, traditional pubs and some of County Clare's best-known visitor attractions. THINGS TO DO IN THE LOCAL AREA: - Bunratty Winery - Bunratty Castle - Bunratty Folk Park - Doolin Village - Cliffs of Moher - Aillwee Cave and Doolin Cave - Burren National Park - Cahir Castle - Rock of Cashel - Limerick City (20-minute drive from Bunratty) IMPORTANT NOTES 1. Heating and Electricity: Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply. If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown. If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location. If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways: - Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager. Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property. - Pay As You Go electricity meter. The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay. Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or, in some cases, it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
