If you like all inclusive, family friendly, great location right on the beach and huge pool etc this place is for you. However, the beds are as hard as planks, and the music goes on until 11.30pm. If you book get a room away from the paradiso cafe, so you can have sleep. We personally didn’t eat there, food was avarsge.

Odalar rahat temizdi havuzda yer bulmak zor denizdeki iskeleler kullanışsız. Restoranda yemek çeşitliliği az ve kaliteli değil yani lezzetsizdi.

Für den Preis hat es sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Das Essen war nicht besonders jedoch besser als der Durchschnitt. Die Mitarbeiter waren meistens freundlich und höflich. Das Animationsteam, insbesondere Büsra, war sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage war ästhetisch und schön gestaltet. Um das Hotel herum gab es aber nicht wirklich etwas zu sehen oder zu machen. Leider gab es keinen richtigen Strand was das Erlebnis etwas verändert. Auf jeden Fall besser geeignet für Leute die eher am Pool die Zeit verbringen.

Hotel rooms need an update, 3 star max. Entertainment was rubbish if any. Food good, pool and servers good. Bathrooms and entertainment crew let the place down

Konum olarak güzel, çalışanlar ilgili yardımsever temizlik konusunda başarılı, sadece plaj tarafında şezlong sayısı yeterli değil, yemekler güzel fakat çeşit az, gün içerisindeki aktiviteler eğlenceli, genel olarak memnun kaldık.

This is third time I stayed at this hotel. A lot has changed since last year… The entertaiment in the evenings were terrible, the gym equipment were defect, some interior in the rooms were also defect, minibar was never restocked. The food was ok, but the quality was definitely changed (we saw the logos on the packages and it was cheap brands)… the staff were nice, but long queues at the bars… don’t think that I will come back again.

Bei der Buchung habe ich drei Punkte berücksichtigt. Hotel am Strand, einen Fitnessraum und einen Parkplatz. Parkservice war sehr gut. Das Hotel hatte einen eigenen Parkplatz. Das Hotel ist direkt am Meer aber auf einem Podest. Also es gab keinen Strand. Nebenan war bisschen "Sand". Im Bereich des Bodests wo man ins Wasser reingeht ist es steinig und voller Moos. Also wer sich ein schönen Sandstrand wünscht ist hier falsch. Ein Fitnessraum wie auf den Bildern existiert nicht. Draußen ist ein kleiner Bereich mit Laufband mit Hanteln wenn man es so nennen darf. Die Geräte sind veraltet, verrostet und fast unbenutzbar. Das Essen ist gut wobei es eigentlich schwierig ist es zu Bewerten da jeder einen anderen Geschmack hat. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzten. Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Anlage ist recht groß und schön. Eher wie eine Clubanlage. Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürtig. Die Schränke haben sich aufgequillt und weisen Risse auf. In der Dusche war das Silikon unten am Wasserschutz nicht mehr dicht so dass das meiste Wasser ins Badezimmer aus der Dusche ausgelaufen ist. Da wir nur zum schlafen ins Zimmer gingen hat uns das nicht groß gestört. Fazit : Für das Geld (850,-) für 4 Tage hätte ich mehr erhofft. Wir haben einiges weggeblendet und haben das beste draus gemacht und am ende hatten wir einen erholsamen Urlaub. Allerdings war absolutes No-Go war dass im Meer ein Kondom rumschwamm. Habe den Bademeister drauf hingewiesen. Er meinte dass sich das von alleine säubert 😳

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht – leider ein großer Fehler. Die Fotos und Beschreibungen des Hotels entsprechen in keinster Weise der Realität. Die Lobby, Rezeption, der Fitnessbereich sowie die sogenannte Vitaminbar sehen komplett anders aus oder existieren überhaupt nicht. Einige gezeigte Bereiche weichen stark von der Darstellung ab. Obwohl wir unsere Beschwerde direkt vor Ort und rechtzeitig gemeldet haben, wurde uns weder eine Lösung noch ein alternatives Hotel angeboten. Das Einzige, was man uns als “Entschädigung” vorschlug, war eine eintägige kostenlose Cabana (im Wert von 100€) - angesichts des hohen Reisepreises ein schlechter Scherz. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel war die Leistung absolut ungenügend. Wer Wert auf Transparenz und Qualität legt, sollte dieses Hotel besser nicht buchen!

Das Hotel an sich und die Zimmer sind schön. Das Restaurant war jedoch immer dreckig, egal ob Frühstück oder Mittag- Abendessen, die Tische wurden nach jedem Gast nie direkt aufgeräumt/ sauber gemacht, man musste immer alles 3 mal fragen auch für Besteck!? Im Snack Bereich die Tische waren ständig voller Ketchup Flecken die auch nie vernünftig gewischt wurden. So ein schönes Hotel an sich aber trotzdem dreckig, schade.

Otelde yemek çeşidi yeterli ve lezzetliydi, personel güler yüzlü ve çok yardımseverdi, odanın ve otelin temizliği iyiydi, ailecek gittik ve güzel zaman geçirdik, herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

Absolutely awful worse hotel I have stayed in and I’ve stayed at a few of the Labranda hotels which is why we chose this one. The hotel dining areas are filthy tables never cleaned no clean cutlery had to keep asking at every meal time, mouldy cheese being put out. Stale food. Toilets at pool area were absolutely disgusting no one checking the state they were in! Had to walk all the way back to reception if you needed the toilet the only ones that were half decent! The hotel was over run with dogs in a dog lover so didn’t bother me but if you don’t like dogs you are screwed! They are everywhere! Never again it was awful experience

Mükemmel bir tatildi! Otel çok güzeldi; içeri girdiğiniz andan itibaren sizi çok güler yüzlü bir ekip karşılıyor. Saat 15:00 civarında odamız hazır oldu, ancak öncesinde otelin tüm imkanlarını kullanmamıza izin verdiler. Odalar oldukça temizdi. Bar ve restorandaki çalışanlar son derece ilgiliydi. Yemek çeşitleri yeterliydi ve özellikle tatlılar çok lezzetliydi. Genel olarak her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Otele dair hiçbir olumsuz yorumum yok, sadece küçük bir önerim olacak: Otelde çok tatlı ve uysal kediler var ama çevrede su kapları göremedik. Hava çok sıcak, eğer su kapları konulursa harika olur :) Teşekkürler 🙏

The staff wasn’t attentive or helpful at all. The showers were full of mold and the toilet didn’t work. When we asked to switch rooms they said all the rooms are like that and they have nothing available. When we showed them the pics the manager claimed he would switch rooms in the morning. Morning came and when we went o the front desk they said he wasn’t they. He stepped out saw us and ran back into the office. Long story short they would compensate us with again and didn’t change our room or clean the mold and fix the toilet. The 4 days that we were there the room wasn’t even cleaned properly. Dirty glasses were left in the room and the bed wasn’t made. We didn’t even get fresh towels. They left them in the floor and didn’t leave clean ones.

I never leave a review but how discussing this place is I had to leave a review, the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to.

Otelin konumu ve odaları çok iyi. Ama ilk olarak hijyen sorunu var. Ortak alanlardaki hiç bir tuvalet dış duş degisim kabini vs temiz değil. Sahilde otururken yukarından patates vs getirmenize izin vermiyorlar. Bir çok bari kapalı tuttuklari için bira al gel 10 dk fazla oluyor. Yemekler ortalama ama tatlılar gerçekten çok kötü.

arrivée à 17h00 et la chambre n’était pas prête. Nous avons eu la chambre à 18h00. Chambre qui était extrêmement sale ( sol, cheveux dans la douche, miroir pas fait). Après être allés à la réception ils nous ont changés de chambre 24h plus tard. Nouvelle chambre où la Climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû changer 3x de chambre avant d’avoir une chambre convenable sur 5 nuits. En ce qui concerne l’hôtel en général l’infrastructure est bien, 2 piscines et plage facile d’accès avec assez de transats pour tout le monde. Le bar propose des alcools premium inclu ce qui est un vrai plus. Cependant la partie cuisine est à revoir, petit déjeuner ok par contre pendant 3 soirs nous avons mangés la même chose au buffet car par de diversification. Séjour relativement mitigés a cause du buffet pas à la hauteur.

The front desk staff is wonderful and very accommodating, especially Gamze. The hotel is decent, but not 5 star quality. Rooms and furniture is dated. We switched rooms and got a room on the hillside, which were better than the rooms in the main part of ghe hptel.

We had an amazing time! Such a beautiful resort! Loved that there was always bottled water available around the resort and in our room at all times. Guest relations Asra was adorable and went out of her way to make my sister’s birthday extra special with cake and wine. Our housekeeper was sweet, helpful and always smiling. Baha, Khalil and Vidad always checked in and made us feel comfortable and special. We enjoyed the Turkish hammam very much, the girls made us feel very comfortable for our first one. Our dinner at the a la cart Turkish restaurant was delicious and lovely with the sun setting. The bartenders and waiters were friendly and attentive. The resort was on beach so we enjoyed a nice walk to the marina each day where there were many restaurants and souvenir/shopping. Only recommendations would be having pastries/croissants at the buffet breakfast and sparkling wines and prosecco at the bars. Thank you! Karoleen & Candy

Employees were the best

The hotel is very dated but is in a good location. The staff around the hotel were mostly friendly, however the reception staff I found were unhelpful. I would also suggest the hotel look into its catering, the food was very average which is surprising for Turkey.

Location is good , but late check in even it’s all inclusive the fridge was not working no water in room we inform the reception 3 time but no action . Can be better served

İkinci kez tercih ettim. Keyifliydi. Restoran çalışanları genelde güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oldular. Özellikle misafir ilişkileri müdürü Onur bey ve ekibi Esra hanım, Bailge hanım ve Cemale hanım ve resepsiyon ekibinden Ekrem Bey çok misafirperver ve ilgili davrandılar. Her zaman tercih edeceğim bir otel.

Otelde çalışanlarla alakalı hiçbir sorunumuz olmadı. Gayet bütün çalışanlar kibar ve ilgili. Ama otelde kesinlikle bir yönetim eksikliği var. Otelde check in 2 olmasına rağmen zarla zorla 15:30 da girebildik. Resmen lobide yığılma vardı ve rezervasyon olmasına rağmen yok onay bekleniyor yok mail bekleniyor gibi saçma sapan sebeplerle bekletildik. Bell boy bekleme sırası falan var şaka gibi:) Odaya geldiğimizde çift kişilik yatak istememize rağmen iki tane tek kişilik vardı. Birleştirilcek vs denildi aradık söyledik onlar unuturlar 10 dakika sonra arayın falan dendi. Tabii aradık ama yine kimse gelmedi. Havuz olayı da çok garip. Herkes havlusunu sabahın köründe atıyor ve asla yer bulamıyorsunuz ve hiçbir çalışanın buna bir çözüm bulma çabası yok. Pek memnun kalmadık otelden açıkçası

Drinks were limited, menu was limited and service was terrible from front of house staff. I messaged ahead to advise we would be checking in around midnight and enquire if any food was available. I also advised that we were celebrating a birthday plus an anniversary. I received confirmation that our request had been acknowledged, however no food was available and despite me messaging again on day 2 of our trip, still no acknowledgement of our celebration. Cleaning staff and waiting staff were great, however front office and spa front desk were absolutely useless and super unhelpful even when asked to do the bare minimum. There was no 2nd key available apparently, and when we were taken to our room and asked if there was a map of the property, we wete told to go back to reception in the middle of the night. The property fire alarm went off at 5am on one night and 6am the next night. Both times no staff were around to give any useful instructions or support.

Die Lage ist direkt am Strand

Unsere Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gut geputzt und die beiden putz Frauen waren sehr nett. Am Bar: Mustafa mit seiner zwei Brüdern Mehmet und Murat, Sefa, Aysegül, Binnaz haben harten Arbeit geleistet. Am Rezeption Görkem und Ekrem waren sehr hilfsbereit da sind noch paar von personal, die nahmen uns nicht mehr einfällt haben, besten Mühe gegeben. Frisör Ahmet und Kadir sind super Wellness Bereich: man dürfte das nicht so nutzen wie und wann man möchte Die Lage vom Hotel ist super, aber das Hotel verdient kein fünf Sterne.

Schönes hotel mit freundlichen Menschen und guten Personal. Hotel ist gut gelegen, fußläufig in die Stadt.

Bodrum'da güzel bir konumda yer alan otel villa tipi konaklaması ile keyif veriyor. Yemeklerin günbegün benzerliği ve otopark sorunu dışında gayet keyifliydi. Bir de animasyon ekibi pek iyi değildi.

The room was clean, and the cleaning lady was nice. The hotel didnt honor the 1 a la carte meal, every beverage was served in flimsier versions of dixie cups. The unbranded "fake" brands of alcohol were disgusting. Ie real Aperol having been substituted with "Boa". Should be shut down or new management needed altogether. Even many staff said they wouldn't eat the food at the resort. A proper audit of this place needs to be done, for health and safety, and especially quality control in every aspect. Photos not accurate either. After our arrival we also learned many of the reviews are fake, to artificially bolster the hotel's rating. Also, who is allowed to determine whether a hotel is 5 star? This one is most certainly not.

Hotel Insgesamt sehr veraltet, kaum Shampoos vorhanden, müssten selber kaufen gehen, das Essen war qualitativ leider sehr mangelhaft, wenige Optionen, immer auf Suche nach Sitzplätzen, Bar bereich immer überfüllt, das Personal war aber sehr gut und freundlich. Preis war auch anlockend

Great hotel. Very clean, receptionist are super helpful if you need anything. The entertainment team is great, different activities each day very energetic knows how to get people involved. The only downside I would say is the food very bland and repetitive, we ate out most times.

The food quality was not as good as expected. During my 7-night stay, the menu was very repetitive with little variety, and many of the dishes were served cold. The biggest disappointment was that about 15 minutes before the official closing time of the restaurant, staff had already started clearing everything away, which should not happen in a five-star hotel,food should be available until the very last minute of service. Rooms & Facilities:The cleanliness of the rooms was fine, but toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner were only provided on the first day, and I had to request them repeatedly afterwards. There was also no iron in the room, and when I requested one, it was old and not in good condition. On one occasion, the air conditioning stopped working, which was inconvenient.Service & Staff:On the positive side, I would like to highlight some excellent staff. In the bar, Nazli was outstanding ,I would easily rate her 100 out of 100 for her professionalism and friendly service. Unfortunately, some of the male staff members were not as polite or welcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. The lobby staff were all fantastic ,very helpful, kind, and always willing to assist. I also want to mention Jemale was really helpf.and Sofia from the entertainment team, along with their colleagues, who were truly amazing and made the experience much more enjoyable. The hotel has good potential, and many staff members really made a difference to my stay.

Otele akşam saat 19.00 gibi gitmemize rağmen odamızın hazırlanacağını söylediler, biz de valizleri bırakıp direkt akşam yemeğine geçtik. Bence yemeklerin çeşidi gayet yerinde idi; iki akşam konaklamamız boyunca ördekten bıldırcına, antrikottan balığa çok çeşit çıktı. Gayet iyi malzemeler de kullanılmıştı yemeklerde, ama bence bu malzemelerle daha lezzetli olabilirdi yemekler. Açıkçası aç olmama rağmen büyük istekle gitmedim yemekhaneye. Kahvaltısı iyi ve çeşitliydi. Alkol seçimleri ise diğer HD oteller gibi sıradan, çok kaliteli olduğunu düşündürmedi bana ama içilmeyecek gibi değil. Diğer içeceklerde sıkıntı görmedim. Yemek aralarında hamburger, gözleme, "KIYMA dürüm", salata, meyva, tavuk şinitzel vs var Personel genelde güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Hele odamızı temizleyen hanımefendi, bir insan bu kadar mı güler yüzlü olur. İsimliğinden isminin Tezcan olduğunu gördüğüm hanımefendiye özellikle tekrar teşekkür etmek isterim. Odamız tertemizdi, uzun zamandır odası bu kadar temiz bir otele gitmediğimi farkettirdi bana.
