Our room was on the first floor it was big, but in needs a makeover, wallpaper was peeling off the walls, toilet was broken. We were there for three nights not one person came to clean the room. Our bins were overflowing. We had not any trowel changed, considering there were mosquitoes everywhere we would’ve fall cleanliness would’ve been a priority. We had a five month old baby as well, so we were quite surprised. I had to ask for toilet paper. There were plenty of food options to choose from with ala cart restaurant free to visit, but if you didn’t make dinner or breakfast at the main buffet when it at first started, food was even cold or not replenished so a lot of empty stations. You could have as much water as you wanted, which was good. They were offering next door to us that were much more updated and they were still the same level rooms as what we had paid for. Checkout was at 12 o’clock. It was 1150 and we kept getting reminders to check out, people even knocking on the door. Considering that nobody has come to clean my room for three days they were rushing me out with the baby. When I told reception about room cleaning we were told they had noted down a do not disturb sign on the door. if you was not out your room when they were in your section seems they noted down do not disturb so they didn’t have to come back. Lots of activities which probably makes it a five star, but everything else no more than 3

Fint hotel og hyggelige ansatte. Men for å være et 5’stjerners hotel er vi litt skuffet over kvalitet på rommet. På rommet vårt var det tydelige mangler på vedlikehold. Det hang en ødelagt telefon på veggen på badet, det var en stor vannskade i taket over dusjen, og generelt små ting gjennom rommet som burde vært utbedret av hotellet. Forutenom disse kosmetiske tingene var hotellet bra. Nogenlunde godt utvalg på buffeten, selv om maten ofte var gjentagende (ikke mye nytt fra kveld til kveld). Fine bassenger, flott med mange barer og toaletter rundt omkring på eiendommen. Hyggelige ansatte i resepsjonen, og de var som regel hjelpsomme (med unntak av et par). Veldig pluss at det var muligheter for mat/snacks døgnet rundt. Alt i alt en fin opplevelse, men ville heller tenkt st hotellet er 4 stjerner og ikke 5.
