Hapimag Sea Garden Resort

The hotel was very nice overall. Despite there being families with children, it was surprisingly quiet and perfect for relaxing. It is beautifully situated in nature and very well maintained. We had a lovely stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. The only thing that could be improved is the food, although it was certainly not bad. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Terrible experience. We had 2 rooms booked nonrefundable via Expedia. We checked in later in the evening around 10pm. Once we took our daughter to her room around 11.30pm we realised there were bed bugs on one of the beds. We alerted the front office. We asked them to give us a different room. We waited till 1am and they still could not give us any other room. They even did not bother to come and check. My husband got furious and asked them to cancel one of the rooms and left the property. I advised Expedia and the hotel around 1am. They both confirmed that they will sort it out. I still could not get my money back for the room that we did not stay. Some hotel representatives said that its a garden area and bugs are normal! Thats not what i expect from 5 star hotel. I am also not happy how Expedia dealt with it. I wont book again via Expedia.

Good food Good service Good natural beauty of the grounds Terrible acess to the sea because of large pebbled beach Dirty and wavy sea due to high winds coming from the sea. Will mot recommend or go back.

It is an excellent resort. Beach was heavenly, green area before the beach was a bonus, food variety and quality was impressive. I highly recommend it. We stayed as a family and all of us loved it.
