The front desk staff was really the only positive thing about the stay. She was very friendly. When we arrived at 1:30pm I had to call to be let in the front door because its locked 24/7. Being early wasn’t sure if a room would be available, it was nice that it was. I was informed that there would be a $250 fine if I went in or out of any door other than the front door unless there was an emergency. The entire hotel smells like weed. Parked the car behind the gated parking lot, but noticed the room key entry gate to get in to the lot is wide open; so not very secure. Got to our room and the hallway floor was dirty with food crumbs, receipts and other trash right outside our door. The room was dirty, very outdated which is fine but I expect things to be clean. There was hair all over, things spilled on furniture that hadn’t been cleaned, a layer of grime across pretty much everything. It was absolutely gross. Left for our event and got back at midnight and both sets of “secure” 24/7 doors were wide open with people outside smoking.

I expected more. I actually had to call the hotel's main number to have the 1 employee to come out of the next room to check me in. There was no "do not disturb" sign & when I asked about it, I was told rooms were only cleaned every 14 days! There were no dishes, glasses or utensils in the room and but I could request them. There was no ice machine. There was 1 empty ice tray in the freezer. There was no hair dryer. The towels were shredded. The toilet paper was on the back of the toilet & the holder was empty (what if I needed more TP, they don't come to the room for 14 days?) There was a great deal of noise transfer from the heavy footed upstairs neighbor. I could only sleep when they slept as it was SO loud. Oh, and the breakfast, what a joke. Packets of instant oatmeal and pre packaged muffins. And all of this for ~$120 a night. I will never stay at an Extended Stay America again.

When we checked in, at Check in time (4pm) our room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait an additional hour because they had to clean the room. The room still had trash in it and dirt all over the floor when they allowed us to check in. The bathroom was filthy and I had to get my own cleaning supplies to clean it. There was some sort of animal scratching behind the walls the entire stay I asked the front desk multiple times for multiple days to move us, they kept promising they would and never did. The entire hotel smelled like mold and cigarettes. Do not recommend by any means.

The hotel is very outdated, the carpet is stained, the rooms smell like smoke because guest smoke not only cigarettes but marihuana as well. Some guests stand outside in groups, they seemed like local working men but it’s intimidating as a woman arriving at a hotel and seeing these groups of men standing and sitting on the pavement outside smoking and talking. It made the place looked bad.
