Unit was very nicely appointed and clean. The little things like extra outlets and light sensors floor lights plus heated flooring in bathroom make for a very pleasant stay. The owner was super nice and responsive. Location was excellent, lots of great restaurant’s and shops within walking distance. We will certainly rebook this gem when in town again.

We had a wonderful time in Queen Anne! Skyler was incredibly accommodating when we requested an early check-in. The home was spotless. The kitchen included everything you could need for a stay. And it was such a treat having a bath after a long day of walking around Seattle. The home is in such a lovely neighborhood. It's walking distance to 2 grocery stores and so many delicious cafes! Not to mention a super short walk to both a trolley and bus that will take you down to Pike Place, the Seattle Center, and the light rail to the airport. We're definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future! :)

Lovely apartment. Immaculate. Perfect for 2 people. Wonderful outdoor space. Fabulous location-you can walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Trader Joe's nearby for food shopping. Only on street parking but that was ok. Highly recommend

This was the perfect place for my wife & I while visiting our daughter at UW for Parent Weekend. The Queen Anne neighborhood is safe & very cute with shops & restaurants within walking distance. This first floor unit was not only beautifully appointed, but it had everything we needed; nice touches such as coffee with creamers & sugar, an umbrella & shopping bag for us to use, and a hair dryer. Street parking was always available. We were happy we found it & would definitely stay here again!

The location couldn't have been better, as it was safe and very walkable to the Queen Anne cafes/shops. I ended up staying by myself, yet I felt completely safe in this rental. The manager was friendly, responsive, and respectful, and he took my feedback enthusiastically when I made a couple suggestions for increased privacy (i.e. adding window covering to bathroom because it is just fogged glass, adjusting center beam on bed because it slips positioning). The place was clean and only had one entrance (i.e. completely separate from the main house) which is what I wanted. It was just the right size for me to have a separate sleep area from the main living area but still cozy. I recommend having a brief explanation of the gate in the check-in notes because it took me a couple minutes to figure out how to operate the latch system (which is simple once you realize how it works). I was so happy with my stay overall and would definitely return!

Skyler was a great host, even coming out to the street to get us to the right place when we arrived late in the dark. (Directions auto-corrected to 10 West Smith St. -- close, but one block over). Had everything we needed, perfect size, easy walk to Queen Anne District for anything you might need, and short drive to anywhere you may want to go. Street parking was easy, and we highly recommend a troll hunt if you have no specific plans. Highly recommend!

This basement apartment is located below a family residence but has a private entrance and you woukd almost never hear the folks above. The unit is very comfortable and exceedingly well-located. It's a 5-15 minute walk up the hill to great dining, coffee, some fun boutique shops, a Safeway and a Trader Joes. Surprisingly easy to grt ijto and out of the neighborhood and street parking was never a problem. The deck was a nice place to sit in the dun and read, but shared with the owner so I woukd temper expectations for fire pit usage. Our contact for the property was very responsive via text the morning of our arrival and was kind enough to accommodate an early check in for us. The only small drawback was sone less-than-intuitive electric outlet locations and wonky light switches, but we would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area!

Loved my stay here! The place is spotless, comfortable, convenient, and quiet. It is in a nice residential area with a great neighborhood vibe.While the parking is on-street, never had a problem finding any (which can be an issue in much of Seattle). The decor is lovely and the layout is designed to optimize the space. Little touches abound including lighting (i.e. cool lamps as well as overhead, movement sensor-activated night lights by the front door, etc.), umbrellas a grocery reusable shopping bag, and a noise machine by the bed. The kitchen is stocked with the basics that you would need. Comfortable bed and extra cozy blankets around for chilly nights. The owner provided very clear directions on everything and was very proactive in communication and suggestions for the area if you need them. Found my new place for my next visit to Seattle!

Lovely home and location! The space is very clean, well decorated, and stocked with all you need. Having a washer and dryer available was great! Communication with Skyler was seamless. We also loved the Queen Anne area, lots of shops and restaurants just a couple blocks away.

Wonderful!! This area is GORGEOUS!! There are great markets and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The apartment is clean and communication is excellent. This was our second time staying here and we will likely again in the future.

Séjour parfait. Appartement spacieux, moderne, décoré avec goût, climatisé, très bien équipé avec une grande télé disposant d'une bonne réception de plateforme comme Netflix , Amazon, Disney...Tout était parfait et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Comme l'écrivent souvent les Américains, "a little gem". Le seul petit bémol serait le manque de clarté du fait que l'appartement est en demi sous-sol mais cela reste largement positif et vous pouvez le réserver les yeux fermés.

Small and fitted out with just about everything other than a dishwasher. Owner checked in with us a couple of times to make sure all was okay. Very convenient to Queen Anne Ave which is less than 5 houses away. Since it is the basement of the house you do get some noise from above- walking about, vacuuming, etc. Also be careful as it is on the way to/from Hwy 99 ramp so cars tend to zoom by. Would definitely stay again.

Guest house was perfect! Plenty of lighting, SUPER comfortable bed and pillows, and lots of space. It was clean and quiet for the most part. The only disturbance we had was on our last morning when the cleaning lady upstairs was super loud early in the morning but that really wasn’t too big of a deal. Host was very responsive and gave recs for food and things to do. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in Queen Anne! Skyler was incredibly accommodating when we requested an early check-in. The home was spotless. The kitchen included everything you could need for a stay. And it was such a treat having a bath after a long day of walking around Seattle. The home is in such a lovely neighborhood. It's walking distance to 2 grocery stores and so many delicious cafes! Not to mention a super short walk to both a trolley and bus that will take you down to Pike Place, the Seattle Center, and the light rail to the airport. We're definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future! :)

The location couldn't have been better, as it was safe and very walkable to the Queen Anne cafes/shops. I ended up staying by myself, yet I felt completely safe in this rental. The manager was friendly, responsive, and respectful, and he took my feedback enthusiastically when I made a couple suggestions for increased privacy (i.e. adding window covering to bathroom because it is just fogged glass, adjusting center beam on bed because it slips positioning). The place was clean and only had one entrance (i.e. completely separate from the main house) which is what I wanted. It was just the right size for me to have a separate sleep area from the main living area but still cozy. I recommend having a brief explanation of the gate in the check-in notes because it took me a couple minutes to figure out how to operate the latch system (which is simple once you realize how it works). I was so happy with my stay overall and would definitely return!

Skyler was a great host, even coming out to the street to get us to the right place when we arrived late in the dark. (Directions auto-corrected to 10 West Smith St. -- close, but one block over). Had everything we needed, perfect size, easy walk to Queen Anne District for anything you might need, and short drive to anywhere you may want to go. Street parking was easy, and we highly recommend a troll hunt if you have no specific plans. Highly recommend!

In addition to the clean and comfortable space in a great location, the owners were incredibly helpful and worked with us when we had extra requests due to our travel schedule. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to friends.

This basement apartment is located below a family residence but has a private entrance and you woukd almost never hear the folks above. The unit is very comfortable and exceedingly well-located. It's a 5-15 minute walk up the hill to great dining, coffee, some fun boutique shops, a Safeway and a Trader Joes. Surprisingly easy to grt ijto and out of the neighborhood and street parking was never a problem. The deck was a nice place to sit in the dun and read, but shared with the owner so I woukd temper expectations for fire pit usage. Our contact for the property was very responsive via text the morning of our arrival and was kind enough to accommodate an early check in for us. The only small drawback was sone less-than-intuitive electric outlet locations and wonky light switches, but we would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area!

Lovely home and location! The space is very clean, well decorated, and stocked with all you need. Having a washer and dryer available was great! Communication with Skyler was seamless. We also loved the Queen Anne area, lots of shops and restaurants just a couple blocks away.

Guest house was perfect! Plenty of lighting, SUPER comfortable bed and pillows, and lots of space. It was clean and quiet for the most part. The only disturbance we had was on our last morning when the cleaning lady upstairs was super loud early in the morning but that really wasn’t too big of a deal. Host was very responsive and gave recs for food and things to do. Would stay here again!

Wonderful!! This area is GORGEOUS!! There are great markets and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The apartment is clean and communication is excellent. This was our second time staying here and we will likely again in the future.

Lovely apartment. Immaculate. Perfect for 2 people. Wonderful outdoor space. Fabulous location-you can walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Trader Joe's nearby for food shopping. Only on street parking but that was ok. Highly recommend

Loved staying in Queen Anne. The place was very convenient to be able to walk to shops and stores nearby as well as a good base for going to other parts of Seattle. Very clean and comfortable place to stay.
