The communal garden area offers an area of 250m² where children can play. In the apartment you can enjoy the fantastic views through the living room window. You can also cool off in the chlorine pool that measures 8 x 3.5 meters and has a depth of 1.2 to 1.9 meters and is shared with the neighbour on the ground floor. You have access to 1 mobile barbecue where you can unleash your imagination to create your best dishes outdoors. The home's privacy is partial and there are 3 spaces to park vehicles. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are located in the same space with air conditioning. In the living room, you can relax watching satellite TV, admiring the views, or reading a good book. In the dining area, there is a large table where you can enjoy family lunches and dinners. The modern kitchen offers everything you need to prepare any dish you want, including a ceramic hob. The apartment also provides a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and the other two with a double bed each.
