So am not sure where to even start from. Room.....when getting into my room i had no toilet paper. No trash can. There was no cups nothing . All I had was one towel No wash cloth. Only two lamps worked out of four. An it get better the AC. That thing was so so dirty that am surprised that the building has not catch on fire. It took me almost an hour and hour to clean that thing. Outside... Well wouldnt say this is a place to bring children to . Since I had gotten there there was two condoms out side of the doors in the rock. No one staff peraon attempted to pick it up. There was trash and beer bottle in the parking lot the whole.time as well as the condoms was to. STAFF..... Well don't go ask the house keepers for nothing cuz they will tell you they don't speak English and that's that theywot help you. The staff at the front I go.up to ask for towels an was told I am only allowed to have one because they need to make sure they have enough for all the customers. Now I have two guest on my room and only allowed to have one towel and no.wash cloth once again. I would never recommend this place to no body and I would not have nothing to say good about them

The stay was horrible toilet did not flush, lock on the door was not working, shower didn’t have running water and staff tried coming into my room after explicitly telling them not to come in.
