Inside: one separate bedroom with a 160 cm bed, an area with 2 pull-out beds and access to a private terrace, a spacious living room with a large table and a lounge area with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, TV, baby cot and high chair. Outside, you'll find a second private terrace with a plancha grill, large table and chairs for 8, pergola, sun loungers, swing seat, parasol, and a laundry drying area. You also have access to a shared covered terrace. Free amenities: above-ground pool, pétanque court, swings, and ping-pong table. A jacuzzi is available for an extra fee. Free on-site parking. Dogs and parties are not allowed. The property also offers 3 guest rooms. One, "Mont Lozère," has direct access to the gîte via the terrace and can be rented for an extra fee, increasing total capacity to 8 guests.
