Located on the ground floor of this beautiful stone house, with its own private entrance, the room is comfortable and tastefully decorated: a 160x200cm double bed, a television, a shower room (walk-in shower, double vanity, hairdryer), a toilet, and a dressing room. A complimentary tray awaits you for refreshments at any time of day: kettle, tea, coffee, water, and biscuits. Every morning, a delicious breakfast will be served by Philippe and Léonor in the living room or on the terrace: hot drinks, pastries, bread, homemade jams, and more. A set menu dinner is also available for €28 per person (starter, main course, cheese, dessert, and drinks), and €18 for children under 12. Reservations can be made up to 48 hours before your stay. The set menu dinner is not available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, or January 1st. Between exploring vineyards and castles, taking walks in the forest, and visiting historical sites and towns, you'll find plenty of activities within an hour of the house: Angers and Terra Botanica are 20 minutes away, the banks of the Loire River are 30 minutes away, Saumur is 45 minutes away, and the Oriental Park of Maulévrier is an hour away. For cycling enthusiasts, the Loir Valley cycle route, just 500 meters away, connects to Angers, crossing the lower Anjou valleys. A 5-minute walk will take you to a designated area along the Loir River: a beach, picnic tables, a children's playground (with lifeguards on duty in July and August). And in the summer, don't forget to enjoy the lively riverside cafes and restaurants.
