This was a lovely hotel, about a 30-50 minute walk to the main areas of San Sebastián(all downhill) the walk back was a little hard as it’s very uphill but there is a regular bus every 15 minutes for about €2, bus stop a short walk from the hotel. The room was clean, quite and roomy with a nice bath and shower and toothbrushes soap etc provided. Note there is no kettle or mini fridge etc which would have been nice. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful. The cafe/bar is also very nice and very good value for coffee/beer (€2-€3). The one thing that let it down and the reason I didn’t not give 5 stars was because of one member of staff at the bar. I asked if it was possible to have just a mug of hot water (to make tea in our room with bags we had bought) he said this is not possible as mugs couldn’t be taken to the room. The following day I arrived with my own flask and asked if he could top this up with hot water kindly and he scoffed at the idea and was quite rude. He did fill it up but made me feel silly for asking. I then asked for a little bit of milk, to which he also looked at me like I had 10 heads! He then said he had to charge me for the milk (fair enough but he didn’t have to be so rude about it). I also thought this was unreasonable as I’d spent money all day on beers and coffee. Every other member of the bar/cafe were very friendly however.

Not directly located in the inner city. But very comfortable to reach by car. Parking direct in front of the hotel without extra payment. A 20 minute walk downtown or at the beach was no problem for us. Taxi from downtown to the hotel costs less than 10 €. Fantastic park only a few minutes away. To discover San Sebastian and the region a great / perfect location.

Average hotel. Comfortable beds and a good size room and balcony. Quite odd to have no balcony furntiure or a fridge in the rooms and dated tv, air conditioning etc - not exactly 4 star! Nice small terrace but hot tub wasnt available. Dissapointing! Bar closes before midnight, againdissapointing and not in line with being a 4 star hotel. Front desk staff were helpful.

Hotel told me (twice) that I had no booking so I made a second one and then they charged me for both. Staff service poor and manager would not meet with me to discuss. Also came back to room one afternoon and room door left wide open by housekeeping who never came back.

El domingo no realizaron la limpieza de la habitación. Yo salí del hotel a las 10:00 hrs. y regresé a las 14:45 hrs. Me llamaron por teléfono a las 15:18 hrs. para avisarme de que iban a hacer la limpieza y tenía que salir un rato de la habitación. Al comunicarles que yo estaba descansando lo único que me dijeron es que los domingos por la tarde no hay servicio de limpieza. El sábado a las 18:00 hrs tomé un café con leche sin lactosa en el bar del hotel y cuando le dije a la camarera que la leche no estaba buena tuve que aguantar el comentario de que era mi opinión. La hice que oliese la leche de la caja que aún no había gastado y en ese momento es cuando cambió de opinión y decidió ponerme un nuevo café. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear

L’accueil et l’équipe sont vraiment sympa ! Par contre l’hôtel n’est clairement pas un 4 étoiles, les chambres sont vide, pas de bouilloire, pas de mini frigo, aucun nécessaire juste pour pour pouvoir prendre un café le matin. Il n’y avait même pas de brosse pour les toilettes… Bref, un hôtel correcte, mais clairement pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles et de ce que nous attendons de ce genre d’établissement.
L’accueil et l’équipe sont vraiment sympa ! Par contre l’hôtel n’est clairement pas un 4 étoiles, les chambres sont vide, pas de bouilloire, pas de mini frigo, aucun nécessaire juste pour pour pouvoir prendre un café le matin. Il n’y avait même pas de brosse pour les toilettes… Bref, un hôtel correcte, mais clairement pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles et de ce que nous attendons de ce genre d’établissement.

受付の対応は良かったが、以下の点が悪かった。 チェックイン後、匂い（タバコ？）がしたので、直ぐに交換してもらった。連泊したが、1泊目は水があったが、2泊目は無し。廊下にあるベンディングマシンは、水の在庫がなく、いつも切れている状態であった。冷蔵庫がない。隣の声が少し気になったが、12時過ぎには、静かになった。

No es presentable que ante la carencia de varios platos vegetarianos por falta de ingredientes, luego no den opcion a poder preparar algobtan sencillo como una tortilla francesa o un sandwitch para suplir la carencia de platos si incluidos en la carta pero no ofrecidos cono disponibles; siendo muy surreslista indicar que no podian servir la ensalada de tomates con piparras por falta de ingredientes pero lueho si salian pkatos de pescado con ensalada de tomate. Lamentable que pese a que la persona de la cafeteria intento hasta en 3 ocasiones convencer a sus responsables para ofrecer el sandwich vegetal mencionado, sus responsables ofrecieran "0 disposicion" a solucionar el problema. This was a lovely hotel, about a 30-50 minute walk to the main areas of San Sebastián(all downhill) the walk back was a little hard as it’s very uphill but there is a regular bus every 15 minutes for about €2, bus stop a short walk from the hotel. The room was clean, quite and roomy with a nice bath and shower and toothbrushes soap etc provided. Note there is no kettle or mini fridge etc which would have been nice. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful. The cafe/bar is also very nice and very good value for coffee/beer (€2-€3). I asked if it was possible to have just a mug of hot water (to make tea in our room with bags we had bought) he said this is not possible as mugs couldn’t be taken to the room. He did fill it up but made me feel silly for asking. I then asked for a little bit of milk, to which he also looked at me like I had 10 heads! Hotel told me (twice) that I had no booking so I made a second one and then they charged me for both. Staff service poor and manager would not meet with me to discuss. Also came back to room one afternoon and room door left wide open by housekeeping who never came back.

Trots avståndet till de centrala delarna så var det ett väldigt bra hotell. Enkelt att gå ned till stan och åka tillbaka med en av de flera busslinjer som passerar hotellet. Trevlig personal och fint rum. Saknade dock möjlighet att casta från mobilen till tv:n.

A 20 minute walk downtown or at the beach was no problem for us. Taxi from downtown to the hotel costs less than 10 €. Fantastic park only a few minutes away. Stayed here before. Needed to change my room and staff were very helpful and efficient about it. Main breakfast room a little expensive but good food. There is a nice cafe/bar in the reception where you can get a good snack if you want a lighter breakfast

Relaxing settings. Parking was a bit tight but we made it. Inside you are welcomed with clean bathrooms and spacious rooms with a lot of wardrobe to place clothes etc. Two bottles of water. Table and two comfy chairs for morning coffee if to wish. Wonderful beds, they offer pillows with several levels of comfort - nice touch. The green around the hotel and smell from the sea in the air just fill you with serenity and peace. Staff in the reception was ok, but in the eateries are friendly and attentive.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the climate control worked very well, making our stay pleasant. However, the hotel is located quite far from the city center and high up on a cliff, which makes it difficult to reach on foot. Fortunately, there are bus and taxi options available, which make getting around much easier. One downside was that there was no mini fridge in the room, which would have been a useful amenity.

Hyrde två rum, bägge rena, stora och tysta. Det ena med balkong och kylskåp vilket var underbart. Bra frukost och hjälpsam personal. Enkelt att parkera gratis direkt utanför hotellet. Perfekt för vår lilla hund som fick en bädd och skål. Vi trivdes väldigt bra. Enda negativa som vi visste innan bokningen var att det är långt att gå till centrum och gamla stan samt stranden , särskilt på vägen tillbaka med uppförsbacke.
