All'Hotel Avenida, gli ospiti apprezzano le camere pulite e confortevoli, il personale accogliente e la vista panoramica dalla collina, anche se la struttura si trova a una passeggiata dal centro storico e la via del ritorno dalla spiaggia nelle vicinanze è in salita.

La colazione è molto apprezzata, anche se alcune pietanze potrebbero scarseggiare verso la fine del servizio, e l'offerta di cibi in loco al di fuori della colazione è limitata, non essendoci un bar. It was nice. The pool was great with awesome views. Unfortunately there was no bar and the only option for food or drinks after breakfast (which was great) was a vending machine.

Travelling with small dog the staff were very friendly and helpful-car parking on site and the swimming pool was very clean and easily accessible the bedrooms were spotless and dog had a food bowl and treats we welcomed the addition of the air conditioning.The hotel§ does not have a bar and you can only get a light meal and drink up to 9.31pm not one minute later as we discovered. Be aware this hotel is up a steep hill and either 15 mins in a taxi or a long 45 min walk to the old town. You can catch a bus the number 16 which drops you near the hotel Lovely hotel would stay again

Super hôtel, tout près du centre, possibilité de laisser la voiture sur place et rejoindre le centre ville à pied. Personnel très sympathique, excellent petit déjeuner, chambre spacieuse, propre et très lumineuse. Le service le cafeteria le soir est très pratique. Bravo, nous reviendrons.

Avions choisi cet hotel pour sa proximité du centre ville, son calme et son prix et nous en sommes trés satisfaits. Le prix pour l'animal de compagnie est cher (22E) et le "dog park" pas facilement accessible (escalier en fer en colimaçon) et obscur la nuit, donc impraticable. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et lumineuse, la literie parfaite, la salle de bains trés fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bien présenté. Le parking est peut etre sous dimensionné quand l'hotel est complet.

Accueil très agréable, établissement propre, bien équipé, piscine non chauffée dommage, et place de parking méfiez vous souvent encombré, personnel très agréable et souriant, petit déjeuner très bien , bel établissement à recommander très calme.

Clean modern rooms with 2 different pillows and a comfy big bed. Free parking and our dog stopped too, although €22 quite steep as a supplement for having the dog in the room. Great location, although the walk up of about 5 minutes from the town is quite steep.

L'accueil à la réception était parfait ; l'attention pour mes chiens était impeccable ; la chambre n'était pas très nette ; le service du petit-déjeuner rien à dire. L'emplacement est génial avec une vue dominante sur la ville et prendre son petit-déjeuner en face du lever du soleil, incroyable ! Dommage il y avait une fête au-dessus de notre chambre, ce n'était pas agréable du tout, réveillée par les bruits de chaises etc... la réception a été avertie ; celui du matin était surpris et s'est excusé ...! Mais ça vaut le détour

Séjour avec 2 chambres côte à côte comme je l'avais souhaité, spacieuses, avec une très belle vue. Les fenêtres sont grandes et c'est très lumineux... Lits confortables, rien à redire La salle de bain ( baignoire/douche) très propre Le personnel est très agréable, et j'ai apprécié que ma demande de tranquillité ( accroché à la porte de la chambre)ait été totalement respectée... À ces dates, le prix est très correct par rapport aux prestations ! Mon seul bémol : il m'a manqué une petite bouilloire dans les 2 chambres. Mais cela reste un détail !

Overall great stay, we didn’t spend a lot of time on property as we were enjoying beautiful San Sebastian. It is on top of a hill but we walked everywhere, even to ciudad vieja, the beach and back. It is nice that the property has parking included. Room was tight but comfortable. No complaints, good service and it was perfect for us!

L’hôtel est très propre, la chambre agréable et surtout silencieuse. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec beaucoup de choix. De nombreux restaurants à quelques minutes de marche.

Bra hotell som ligger i utkanten av San Sebastian, lätt att ta sig till centrum med buss eller 40 minuter promenad längs stranden. Vi åt aldrig frukost på hotellet men den såg bra ut. Bra service i receptionen, de hjälpte oss att boka bord på restauranger och taxi. Saknas några bekvämligheter som strykjärn, korkskruv och vinglas på rummen, vill man ha strykt något måste man lämna in det.

It is very good hotel. We got a free upgrade to the room with a great view. Bed and bedding are very comfortable, a room is very quiet, bathroom looks like brand new, water pressure is strong. The breakfast is another bright point, plenty of choices from fruits (cut and whole), yogurt, eggs, cheeses, bacon, ham, spainish ham, …. We walk all way to old town along beach, and took bus 16 back to the hotel (run every 30 minutes). Staff there are extremely nice with good English so made us sightseeing much easier.

Nice hotel on a hill with great view of San Sebastián town. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially, at checkout when I needed a taxi to get to the station while a marathon was going on. Highly recommend!

Een heel fijne plek om te verblijven, ligt in een mooie buitenwijk. Vriendelijk personeel en erg goede service. Alles is hier super netjes verzorgd en het ontbijt is fantastisch. Strand en boulevard op 10 minuten lopen. Oude stad is wel wat verder weg.

Odd check in experience- had to sign in four different places, didn’t exactly make us feel welcome. Not told about breakfast options at all, and there is no other food available. They do provide a dog bed and a treat in the room for those travelling with dogs, but said they usually charge€22 for the dog so you’re paying for it

Hôtel situé pas loin de la plage d'ondarreta avec un très bon accueil, une qualité de service très bonne et avec un parking gratuit.

Lovely hotel. Of you don't mind a 10 minute downhill walk to the beach or 25 minutes to the old town Cracking view across San Sebastian. Just be wary if it's raining or wet as the steps into the hotel foyer are lethal if you don't properly wipe you feet.

Great stay in this good hotel, just 15 minutes walk to the beach. The o City centre is approx. 3 km away but it's a nice walk on the promenade.

Ótima estadia. Hotel simples, mas confortável e com ótimo atendimento. Localizado no meio de uma colina, mas com fácil acesso ao centro ou às praias, seja a pé ou de transpote público (ônibus 16 passa na porta). Lindo local. Cidade alegre e maravilhosa.

Hôtel très confortable situé un peu sur les hauteurs de San Sebastian, au calme avec un parking gratuit. Personnel accueillant et souriant. L'accès à la plage et au centre ville se fait aisément à pied en 15 minutes environ.

Clean modern rooms with 2 different pillows and a comfy big bed. Free parking and our dog stopped too, although €22 quite steep as a supplement for having the dog in the room. Great location, although the walk up of about 5 minutes from the town is quite steep.

This was a great place to stay, a bit away from the beaches and old town. Staff were friendly and it was easy to get a taxi. We enjoy walking so it was worth the savings for our stay. Great view of the city and beaches.

Een heel fijne plek om te verblijven, ligt in een mooie buitenwijk. Vriendelijk personeel en erg goede service. Alles is hier super netjes verzorgd en het ontbijt is fantastisch. Strand en boulevard op 10 minuten lopen. Oude stad is wel wat verder weg.

Great little hotel just a walking distance from the beach and all main attractions. Hotel is clean and comfortable, staff is very friendly and helpful. They do need more breakfast options as its expensive for what you get.

It was nice. The pool was great with awesome views. Unfortunately there was no bar and the only option for food or drinks after breakfast (which was great) was a vending machine.

Travelling with small dog the staff were very friendly and helpful-car parking on site and the swimming pool was very clean and easily accessible the bedrooms were spotless and dog had a food bowl and treats we welcomed the addition of the air conditioning.The hotel§ does not have a bar and you can only get a light meal and drink up to 9.31pm not one minute later as we discovered. Be aware this hotel is up a steep hill and either 15 mins in a taxi or a long 45 min walk to the old town. You can catch a bus the number 16 which drops you near the hotel Lovely hotel would stay again

2 eme fois dans votre établissement, très bien ! Très bon accueil, chambre sympa. Juste ce matin petit déjeuner à 9h30 et pas trop de choix dans les viennoiseries et plus d’œufs brouillés.

La chambre était propre et confortable. La vue sur l'océan et la ville était agréable. La personne qui nous a accueillit à l'arrivée était un peu distante. Par contre la dame qui était à l'accueil les jours suivants était a l'écoute, agréable et souriante. Si vous preniez votre petit déjeuner vers 10h, l'approvisionnement était un peu juste. Le parking gratuit est un plus.

A bit too far from town than what we expected, but overall the hotel is very nice so if you don't mind the extra walk it is a good choice.

We had slight issue with our room and the staff reacted extremely professional and guest friendly to accommodate us. This made our stay very comfortable. Hotel is situated on the top of a hill, which gave beautiful view but also a lot of good exercise to walk up from the beach:) we were very happy for the stay! And yes, breakfast was good as well. But most important the staff are all smiling and helpful!

Le séjour était parfait. La chambre triple correspondait à la description. Elle était propre. L'hôtel disposait d'une petite salle de sport climatisé très agréable. La piscine était propre et de température idéale. Le petit déjeuner était très très bon et très diversifié avec beaucoup de choix. Et enfin le personnel a été absolument adorable vu mon niveau d'espagnol. Que se soit les femmes de ménage, les femmes au petit déjeuner ou le personnel de l'accueil. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking ce qui est très pratique en ville et ils m'ont même aidé avec l'application pour charger ma voiture hybride puisqu'il y avait des places pour rechargement. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

A really nice three star hotel, where we were able to relax and swim. For the most part, this hotel, checked every box. But the only nitpicky thing I could come up with were the beds were slightly hard. Other than that, a pretty perfect stay. One really nice thing about this hotel was a fantastic view of the fireworks. Each night we sat out by the pool and watched the display over the bay. breakfast was good and I think a fair value.
