The house is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, another bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Climbing the stairs, you reach a pleasant furnished terrace, ideal for dining outdoors and enjoying evenings with friends. On this same level is the bright living-dining room with air conditioning and the open kitchen, equipped with all the utensils needed to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The bedroom on this floor is spacious and has a double bed, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. The stay is completed by an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage shower. Sineu is a quiet and authentic village in the centre of Mallorca, known for its traditional street market which takes place on Wednesday. You can have a rest at the village square having an ice-cream or a nice walk through its narrow streets. In Sineu you will find some traditional restaurants or "cellers" with home-cooked food. You will arrive to the Northern coast in more or less half an hour by car where you will know dreamy beaches like Can Picafort or Playa de Muro. You can make a cycle excursion through the fields around in the spring season, visiting the beautiful village of Petra or the 317 metres high Puig of Bonany with panoramic views over the Pla of Mallorca. There is a wine cellar, opened to visitor, where you can taste different wines and cavas developed in the property.
