Great place with free parking in the centre of town. A very handy location for those travelling from or to the Pyrenees for any of the ferry ports. Nice to see they use an under used terrace for motorcycle parking to relieve the pressure on the limited parking.

Helt ålreit hotell, ingen wow-faktor, men midt i sentrum, gratis parkering, kort vei til restauranter, og et uteområde med basseng. Frokostsalen var helt grei, men støyete pga mye folk akkurat mens vi var der. Bra utvalg av mat.

La estancia fue buena. El desayuno buffet lo mejor, muy completo. La habitacion algo justa, con un baño bastante pequeño. Nos dieron una habitacion de 2 camas cuando reservé matrimonio. Parking exterior de unas 30 plazas que no se reservan. Tiene parking interior, que ES DE PAGO, pero que no lo dicen, aun teniendo reservado el parking gratuito por aqui. Nos querían cobrar el parking 10€ dia, sin habernos informado de ello, poniendo en duda que nos avisaron de ello, cuando en ningun momento fué asi. Un hotel que dice tener parking gratuito debería incluir el parking interior, ya que el exterior es limitado. El parking interior es pequeño y estrecho, complicado de aparcar si el coche es grande.

Friendly welcome, great location & clean comfortable room. Small car park which was full when we arrived, but for euro12 they have a garage which had plenty of space. Breakfast was okay, nothing remarkable. Would definitely stay again on our travels.

La habitacion genial para ir toda la familia. Limpia , no faltaba de nada y muy bonita. El desayuno muy bueno. Buffet, con todo lo que imaginas. El personal muy agradable. Los salones comunes inmensos , limpios y bonitos. Esta en pleno centro. Tiene aparcamiento.

Parking, while free, is limited. They have overflow parking in lots near the hotel, but these tend to fill up and you may need to look for street parking which can be difficult. We visited in July and it was unexpectedly hot. Air conditioning in rooms functioned more as a weak fan and did not cool rooms at all. We had to leave our balcony door open at night for when the evening cooled down to sleep. Otherwise the heat was very uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep at all (sweating in bed is not comfortable imho). Hotel was clean, centrally located and walking distance to many bars/restaurants in the old town. Jaca is a nice small city with easy access to great hiking in the Pyrenees. Camino de Santiago traverses town and goes right by the hotel.

En general todo muy bien. Instalaciones bien cuidadas y piscina agradable. El único pero es la insonorización. Tiene bastante ruido molesto. Otro punto negativo es el parking, que es demasiado pequeño. Aun así a los alrededores no es difícil aparcar aunque tengas que andar 5 minutos. El hotel está muy cerca del centro.

Hotel muy bien situado, cerca de todo lo que hay que visitar en Jaca. La piscina genial y bien cuidada. La habitación que nos tocó no tenía balcón y solo tenía una ventana pequeña pero si que tenía cama de matrimonio que es lo que pedimos. En general, un hotel totalmente recomendable.

very good option to stay in Jaca. Lovely rooms with plenty space. The hotel itself, the small city of Jaca and the region allow plenty options concerning culture, hiking, climbing, sports.......we would appreciate to come again!!!

Very nice hotel, very close to most things in town. The parking was a little limited and not easily accessed. The rooms were clean and pleasant. Some of the property is a little dated, but I would recommend staying there.

Verblijf op zich ok maar…parkeren was een ramp! Moesten 2 straten verder parkeren op een publieke parking. Het personeel bij het ontbijt was zeer onvriendelijk, vooral de Afrikaanse dame met bril was heel onvriendelijk tegen alle toeristen! Ontbijt op zich was wel ok qua keuze.

Parking exterior de unas 30 plazas que no se reservan. Tiene parking interior, que ES DE PAGO, pero que no lo dicen, aun teniendo reservado el parking gratuito por aqui. Nos querían cobrar el parking 10€ dia, sin habernos informado de ello, poniendo en duda que nos avisaron de ello, cuando en ningun momento fué asi. Un hotel que dice tener parking gratuito debería incluir el parking interior, ya que el exterior es limitado. El parking interior es pequeño y estrecho, complicado de aparcar si el coche es grande.

I have stayed in this hotel on 10 occasions in the last 15 years The hotel is looking tired but clean and comfortable However this morning breakfast was downstairs which is usually for coach parties The dining room staff were rude and unhelpful despite me asking the night before about payment Breakfast was poor in relation to other stays with long queues for coffee Not a pleasant experience this morning

Great place with free parking in the centre of town. A very handy location for those travelling from or to the Pyrenees for any of the ferry ports. Nice to see they use an under used terrace for motorcycle parking to relieve the pressure on the limited parking.

Friendly welcome, great location & clean comfortable room. Small car park which was full when we arrived, but for euro12 they have a garage which had plenty of space. Breakfast was okay, nothing remarkable. Would definitely stay again on our travels.

Parking, while free, is limited. They have overflow parking in lots near the hotel, but these tend to fill up and you may need to look for street parking which can be difficult. We visited in July and it was unexpectedly hot. Air conditioning in rooms functioned more as a weak fan and did not cool rooms at all. We had to leave our balcony door open at night for when the evening cooled down to sleep. Otherwise the heat was very uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep at all (sweating in bed is not comfortable imho). Hotel was clean, centrally located and walking distance to many bars/restaurants in the old town. Jaca is a nice small city with easy access to great hiking in the Pyrenees. Camino de Santiago traverses town and goes right by the hotel.

Buena localización, piscina en verano un extra. Desayuno buffet bueno. PERO comedor huele a pescado hasta el salon y planta calle, algo desagradable. Habitaciones mal insonorizadas, oiamos a la familia española por un lado y la francesa por el otro, con niños discutiendo sin parar! Entrada a partir de las 15h...un poco exagerado...

We were disappointed that the bar and restaurant were closed but enjoyed the walk around town to find alternatives. Cleanliness was satisfactory. Breakfast was disappointing compared to other hotels on our trip.
