This holiday home is nestled 200 m from the Château de Suscinio which offers many activities for young and old and 1 km from the cottage, you can take advantage of the large and beautiful beach of Suscinio to indulge in swimming or lazing around! Not to be missed during your stay: a day trip to Belle île en Mer or Houat from Port Navalo. The cottage, is located in a dead end street which is also the starting point for hikes. On ground floor, you will enjoy a living room with dining area and lounge, a kitchen, a bathroom and separated toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90). Outside: a private and closed garden, without vis-à-vis with garden furniture and barbecue. A private parking lot in front of the cottage. Gite adjoining the owners' house and another house in summer.
