Posthaus Aparthotel Residenz

Zimmer war groß und ausreichend ausgestattet. Leider kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort zur Ausstellung der Rechnung. Ansonsten sehr zentral gelegen und Parkmöglichkeiten im Parkhaus Berliner Platz

El lugar está perfecto , limpio y agradable en una zona extraordinaria con varios restaurantes en el área . El único problema que encontré es que el check Inn se hace difícil porque las instrucciones están únicamente en alemán. Afortunadamente encontré a una persona muy gentil que me ayudó en el proceso .

The pre check in process is impossible to navigate on a mobile phone, thankfully the host helped at the last minute with the door access details. My room was booked as a double bed, it had 2 single beds, which is not great considering my height. The worst thing is that it has terrible acoustics, I was woken up at 5am by someone on the building below me in what sounded like moving equipment across tiled floors and generally clattering around obliviously to anything around them, even with earplugs, this was very loud and no chance of sleeping again. So, not the best of stays for me.

Large, quite room; kitchen, tv. Bathroom has only one soap dispenser (for hands, we used it for shwer...) Overall i can recommend, but... Check in was very difficult. After paying in expedia and recribing confirmation, the hotel sent a mssg to chevkin online via a link. Thats fine. However, never before did i need to include my passpot photo as well as my wife's....plus many other details, more than airline checkin! The reeervation was on my name, so why do they need my wifes passport? After completing fillingthe page, nothing hapoen...so i thought that there is a wrong credit card details (which i had togill again...). I added 4 different cards and still nothing... i sent couple of msgs tohotel, noreply. .so i called expedia, as it was few hours before my arrival. Expedia called the hotel, who said that they will reply to me one hr prior to the check in (4pm, later than normal hotels which is 3). too bad they didnt tell this in the website page i filled, like "check in completed, we will return to you an hour before arrival with the codes etc." An hour before i received one msg (in german...) about how to enter the building, but not the room. Some minutes later the instructions forroom entry arrived... So, room is ok, amenities mixed (kitchen + soap - ), comms very bad, check in process was a disaster.
