During this period, a new bridge is being build across the local beck, followed by removal of the original bridge, as part of an improvement project. As a result, there may be occasional construction activity, including increased traffic, temporary diversions, and intermittent noise during normal working hours. The works are being carried out by the Environment Agency and appointed contractors and are outside of the property owner's control. Every effort will be made by the contractors to minimise disruption, and most local businesses and beaches are expected to remain open throughout the project.
