Great property and staff

Cute cats running around. Good amenities in the rooms. Pool is warm. Staff is kinda rude. Room wasn’t available upon check in, despite being sent away earlier and told it would be at 4. Good views. Okay food at the restaurant. Quiet at night.

The staff was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

There was a nice view from both the hotel shared areas and the room. The kitchenette with mini fridge and the washer and dryer were helpful. The room was clean but smelled of bleach and the floors were a little sticky from the recent cleaning, so we wanted to leave the slider door open to air it out but there was no screen door to stop bugs from entering with it open. Our TV had no signal so we were unable to use it. The restaurant service was okay. The location is very convenient to the airport and to downtown. Would be happy to stay again for a travel day, as we did, but not throughout one's vacation.

Severely lacking in customer service. Most of the employees give attitude when answering questions. Also, maneuvering around the property was difficult. The resort is NOT located in a walkable area either so if you’re someone that likes to explore on foot, I suggest staying
