Was a good stay no elevator too second floor good room everything worked very good service no breakfast for me very relaxing

Great rooms but towels old fans old lighting old you made the outside look great now let’s see the inside match and no pool we gotta change that a pool would change everything but until then I give it a one but cheap hotel rooms

It was a clean and safe spot on the outside edge /outskirts of Wentzville. Nothing fancy but for the money it was good they offer no breakfast, ice machine was broken, plenty of hot water in the shower I'd stay again.

Surprisingly nice for the price. Microwave and fridge in the room. Coffee machine in the lobby 24-7, but no in-room coffee maker. No free breakfast, but I didn't expect or want it. Staff was nice and friendly. Some of the furniture a little worse for wear but not dirty. Bed was comfortable. Shower and AC worked fine.

Although this is a no frills, motel with no breakfast or pool, it met my needs.I didn't find an elevator and I was on the second floor. I needed an inexpensive motel close to Echo Creek where I was attending a bridal shower brunch on Sunday morning. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Furniture was old but there was a refrigerator and microwave.No coffeepot.For my short stay, it was perfect.

While this property appeared to have new carpet, that is about the only thing. The faucet on the tub would not shut off. When we first opened the door to the room, my glasses fogged up as walking into a sauna. The corner of the ceiling in the room was falling in from a previous water leak. The shower curtain was mildewed. There was no soap, only a little bottle of shampoo. There were stains on the chairs and holes in the sheets. There is no elevator for transporting luggage (this property has 2 floors). This property really needs to update and refurbish before renting out any rooms.

The hotel was unique. Overall, it was clean and smelled nice. The check-in was a bit confusing she asked repeated questions and acted as if we didn't understand what she was telling us. She asked if we wanted smoking or non-smoking and we said "Non". Then she went on for several minutes letting us know what would happen if we did choose to smoke in the room. When we clearly asked for non-smoking. When we tried to check out we rang the bell several times and waited but no one ever came to the front desk. We left the key card on the counter and hoped that was ok. There was a random dryer in the hallway. Not plugged in or being used... just being stored there. The beds were comfortable but the pillows had no body to them. The rooms were very dated and the chairs had some stains on them. House cleaning also left a dirty and torn-up towel on our bathroom counter. Parking was not great. We had to park all the way in the back rather than by the door we would enter through. Would I stay here again, I am not sure. Was it the worst stay in the world, absolutely not. It was clean and smelled nice and the bed was comfortable. So if I couldn't book elsewhere then this would be an option.

Check-in was easy and quick. The person handling my check-in was very helpful in putting me in a room close to my parking spot to ease the unloading of luggage. He even assisted with opening the door for me to carry my luggage thru it. There's not much around the lodging (i.e., restaurants, grocery store, fast food, etc) but anything you may need is within a couple of miles drive. Room was clean and appropriately stocked. Good stay!

No breakfast Put coffee cups away so you could not get coffee anytime

Quiet easy to get to. Great amount of parking. Conveniently located so easy to get anyplace.

The room smelt of bad body odor and dirty when we arrived, let staff know, they even came and looked at room, they didn't offer another room, instead said would have it cleanded in morning. Nothing, had to check with them. When cleaners arrived, one made a comment that this is not a fancy hotel.

Horrible smell

I’m not picky, but this place is a dump. Feels like there is a layer of grim on every surface and the room is really smelly. Thank god it’s only one night.

There was mold on the shower curtain and a dirty wash cloth left over the shower rod. The front desk was friendly at check-in, but no one was around in the morning at checkout to return key cards to and report dissatisfaction.

Our room was clean a recently updated/renovated. Everything worked as intended. The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this location for the budget-minded traveler.

Clean room

The room this time was not very clean at all. I get its cheap but you still should clean each room no matter what the same. We stayed in the building with the office last time and this time we stayed in a room in the other building and wasn't near as nice and clean as our last room. Also the host and me was horrible still. They need better english language barrier between us was horrible. I could not understand a lot of what he said.

This place was filthy drywall was peeling off the walls sheets and pillow cases were stained the whole place smelled staff was so rude I would not waste my money staying there

So I have stayed at this place multiple times like at least once a month sometimes twice a month. I have never had any issues before. So I always make reservations online and its just an easy process normally. Well I go to check in last night and tell the man that I have a reservation and he didnt even let me finish talking he says something and i could barely understand him cause he had that strong foreign accent and then he puts his hands like in a square and id. So I give him my id. He looks at it and takes forever with it. Like scaned it 100 times and kept looking at his screen and whatever. He then asks me for my credit card. I asked why cause I paid everything online and I have not had to do that before. He gets really weird so i give it to him and write stuff down with a pen and all he has is my card and id. That weirded me out. So he know wants me to sign some ipad thing. I again ask him is this all new cause this has never happened and I stay there a lot. Also the man who was working I'd never seen or dealt with before ever. He wasnt very friendly or welcoming. Idk if they got new owners from the last ones or what bjt it jjst not the same. The last owners were friendly and knew me and were easier to understand. So I went to the room and the bathroom was dirty and mirrors were nasty the walls had something splattered on them. Never got a room from there dirty like that before.

The room was very dirty. There were cigarette burns in the bedding. The air conditioning did not work so they gave us another room. The TV also did not work

The room has been renovated and was remarkable for the price. It's not the Hilton, but it's the nicest available for under $90 a night! Great value.

Checked in at 11 PM checked out at 8AM, nothing to complain about, nor to brag about. Clean room.

Rooms were very out of date, very worn curtains, nails coming out if the Sheetrock, bathroom dingy but the bed was comfortable. Ok if you’re just looking to shower, sleep and go to a meeting but nothing to brag about. Supposed to be non smoking but we actually had to switch buildings because the entire building we were first in reeked of smoke (as did the room) after talking to from desk he did switch us to the other building and it was better. This place could definitely use some upgrades but served the purpose at a reasonable cost.

The motel was a bit run down but for a one night stay $70 vs over $100 else where was fine with me. Bathroom ceiling fan was missing its grate. Few electrical outlets on walls. No "breakfast" here. Of course now a days..breakfast is a package muffins and apples and bananas. Room floors appear to be newer plank flooring...paint is old.

Property and room was adequate and a value for the price. The room was clean, although the door gapped to the hallway making noise an issue from the hallway into the room. Basic services, ice machine, clean linens, microwave and fridge in the room, limited TV channel selections. Again, value for the price and adequate.

Economy is what you get here. Furniture was filthy. No coffee maker in the room, Upon check-in the staff was not friendly. Bed was comfortable though.

Property is clean. Room clean, Room had missing ac vent piece. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean but need to be replaced (worn). Bathroom was good with non slip tub. Staff was very helpful, even reassigned me a room so i could see my vehicle from the window. Definitely will stay again if in wentzville Missouri!

It's a cheap hotel, so you get what you pay for. Having said that, the room was clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk seemed a bit spacy and wrote down my credit card number on a piece of paper, which made me a bit nervous. No weird charges since then though.

I'm a regular customer at this hotel and i really do not like whoever has been running it. The man is not very nice and or talkative. I dont think the check in process should take as long as it does now either. I swear he scanned and typed my driver's license in the tablet thing multiple times and tkok multiple pictures of it. I literally was jjst here last weekend and went through this. Thks time he didnt asl me for my card like be did last time. I paid the same way and booked the same way through hotels.com. i just dont understand why he needs it 1 time and another time he don't. I will be looking for other motels and hotels to stay around here. Also the man needs to learn more English and speak more clear and if he can't there needs to be someone else who can. His foreign accent is horrible.

Checking in the man was on the phone claiming he was trying to rest the internet. Then told me there was no 1st floor rooms. Then started to raise his voice to me about how i reserved the room and what i requested. He was really rude and unprofessional. The young lady even rolled her eyes at him.

About what I expected for a cheap hotel outside STL. No coffee available, no breakfast at all. Did have WiFi but was an older hotel needing a few upgrades. I just needed a cheap place to sleep and shower so it was fine for me.

Quiet at night

Bed was just okay and no breakfast. Nice, clean room, and friendly staff. Well worth the money.

Went down for coffee in the morning and the area was dirty, sugar, all over the tray table where the coffee cups were. Coffee tasted old and the Nondairy creamer was basically empty. The hallways needed vacuuming badly. Rooms were ok but a little bit of attention to some small things could have made our stay better.
