Maple Inn and Suites Los Banos

Our greeter at the front desk was the highlight of our stay, so friendly & helpful. The bed was comfortable & clean, and effort to clean in general was apparent. However the building is old & dated. And the shower was poorly designed & maintained, and the shower curtain and shower head hardly functional.

We got in late and tired. All we wanted was a place to rest. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and setup for the night. The suite had 3 full size beds and a decent amount of walking room!

The place is quiet and close to shops. The room needs some improvements.

This is a bare-bones property, fridge was unplugged (probably to save electricity), one towel, obviously nothing had been updated. That said, the owners are so very sweet and earnest and likely struggle to have guests stay in a place called Los Banos. It's convenient to grocery stores, etc. but everything is paved over, so no real beauty surrounds the property. Again, owners are SO sweet.
