Hyatt Place Fremont/Silicon Valley

We have stayed here before and it was fine. This stay, however, someone tried to enter our room. They were actually able to open the door! Which means they had a key. Luckily we had both locks on and they weren't able to get inside the room. I no longer felt safe and checked out immediately. I asked for a refund and the desk attendant said he'd pass the request along to his manager. I never heard anything from the manager.

房間寬敞乾淨，床鋪枕頭很舒服。浴廁旁的鏡子超大，更衣化妝方便。起居區舒適，商務出差回飯店可以好好放鬆。 較可惜週五晚上十一點，飯店附近出現飆車族，噪音持續約一小時。

Room was nice and clean, checkin was easy, and the breakfast was good and saved me the trouble of having to go out.

The Hyatt Place is secure, quiet, convenient, and clean -- every morning at 11 am the lobby and corridors are mopped, so step carefully. I've never used the outdoor pool, which can only be accessed outside, as there's something uninviting about its placement. The included breakfast is OK -- scrambled eggs, waffle sticks, oatmeal, canned berries, cereal. Breakfast is your only chance to get complimentary coffee/tea. The hotel offers a Starbucks station and small deli to purchase food.
