Our recent stay was disappointing overall due to how outdated the hotel felt. The TVs were difficult to navigate, had poor picture quality, and didn’t allow easy streaming or connection to services like Netflix, which is something most travelers expect today. The beds were also extremely hard and uncomfortable. In addition, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers had not been refilled, which made the room feel overlooked and poorly maintained. There were also no USB outlets or convenient charging options anywhere in the room. Overall, the hotel could really benefit from updates and better attention to guest comfort and basic amenities.

Hotel was very run down, pool was said to be open and was not. No microwave in the suite. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff and one of the best complimentary breakfasts. My family and I are returning customers and will continue to choose this hotel for our next visit

The hotel was perfect for the one night stay my family needed. Check in was speedy, room was clean and breakfast was great.

As usual, the room is not clean. We had only been checked in for an hour or so and I discovered my white socks were filthy! Removing carpet is good, but floors must be mopped. A/C unit is old and doesn’t remove humidity well. Window is cloudy and view is of an old antenna. Room #212. A small microwave has finally been added in preparation for the big World Cup event. Breakfast is okay, but one woman responsible can’t keep up.
