Exclusive apartment next to Cristal Palace. Atocha

Me encanto que el acceso al Metro estaba cruzando la calle. Muy tranquilo para dormir a pesar de estar cerca de una avenida principal no se sentía ruido, la cama comodisima. También me gustó q cada habitación tenía su baño. Esta propiedad es una joya en el centro de Madrid, me volvería a quedar aqui No me gustó q el Piso del apartamento estaba un poco sucio, caminé en medias cuando llegué y quedaron sucias. Pero fueron a hacer la limpieza durante la estadía y ya estuvo todo ok.

The apartment was just as described but maybe a bit smaller than what appears in the pictures; however, it was enough space for 2 adults and 2 teens to chill out in after a day of exploring Madrid. We walked to most places from there. The only inconvenience is that grocery store was somewhat far away (about 12-13 minute walk uphill). The property managers were very responsive to our multiple e-mails and questions and check in process was very smooth. There is a parking garage (belonging to a hotel) right next to the apartment. I wish there were more pillows on the bedrooms for some added comfort or a couple of additional towels or sheets. The apartment was clean and very quiet despite being on a major street!

Overall the apartment was great. It had a well equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator and coffee maker. The location was very close to the Atocha train station and bus stops. The only negatives were a poorly designed master bathroom where you have to sit on an angle to use the toilet. And we were missing a comforter for one of the twin beds which we didn't notice until we got back late that night after the main office closed. One of our party of 4 had to layer towels to be warm enough that night. They provided a blanket the next day when we texted them.
