The access is usually from the communal parking of the urbanization. The first thing we find at this point is a large unused room and a bathroom and laundry room. Going up the stairs, at half height we find the main entrance of the property, which gives access to the enclosed courtyard of the urbanisation, ideal for children's games. On the main floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace and built-in kitchen. This room has access to a small terrace - approximately 20m² - for private use. The first floor of bedrooms, with two bathrooms, two double rooms and a room with two bunk beds. Finally, on the top floor, a charming master bedroom with views and sloping wooden ceilings, with its own bathroom. The rent includes a parking space in the same urbanisation. You WILL NOT find any other cleaning or toilet products in the house. Nor will you find any food unless you ask us for it, in which case we will give you the instructions to buy it on-line in our collaborating supermarket (COMPLEMENTARY SERVICE PRICE) and we will leave it in the fridge of your flat.
