The outdoor area of the property is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The private chlorine swimming pool measures 4mx8m and has a depth between 1m and 1.85m. Around the pool there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue area and a veranda with table and chairs where you can enjoy a delicious meal with your companions. The property is fenced and offers total privacy. The interior of the two-storey house exudes authenticity and tradition. On the ground floor, there is a living room with fireplace and TV with satellite channels; the dining room is independent and can accommodate all the inhabitants of the house. The kitchen has a gas cooker, as well as a fireplace for colder days. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, with 2 single beds. A bathroom with shower completes this level.
