As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a freezer. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, internet access and a music player. There is one bedroom in this house which contains a king bed. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is free private parking at the premises for one car - A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use. - Pets are not allowed at the property.The property is unsuitable for children. - Please note: This is a one-bedroom property and is suitable for a maximum of two named guests as per the booking. Any additional overnight guests will be considered a breach of the booking terms, and in such cases, all guests may be asked to vacate the property immediately.
