Very poor, water brown, slow and shower head holder defective so not possible to shower, safe not functioning, no tv remote offered and aircon was a racket but did work ok, even though this was two star, the price I paid for one night was equivalent to a three/four. Sorry even the pool was not usable as it was brown at the bottom, when I complained a smirk from the receptionist with well it’s two star hotel what do you expect!!!! Avoid

El hotel es para ir a dormir y ya, los ascensores son antiguos, para subir a la 4ª planta tienes que coger 2 ascensores. Si vas con mascotas aunque pone que aceptan, es como máximo 12 kg, te hacen pagar una fianza de 150€ por si acaso rompe algo el perro/gato. Estuvimos escuchando ladrar a un perro pequeño varias veces, imagino que cada vez que alguien pasaba por la puerta. El personal muy amable

Room was very small, couldnt open the blinds which made it dark. No plug in bathroom sink, no kettle or cups or glasses. Tiny shower. Pool unusable covered in green algae

Hôtel en très mauvais état général,très peu entretenu mais chambre correcte malgré l état très vétuste des locaux. Nous devions y séjourner 3 nuits mais nous parti au bout de 2 nuits. La piscine est correcte mais les alentours sont non entretenu,transat cassé, cigarettes par terre. Odeur d urine dans le hall. Le seul Intérêt de cet hôtel est le prix et l emplacement ( très bien situé par rapport à ma plage et commerce) . A déconseiller sauf si vous cherchez un hôtel pas cher sans être trop regardant....

Dated in side, needs new look bed covers and room decor. I had kettle, no cups, spoons! Sure, next day and days after, the room attendees could of noticed and supplied... no i had to obtain myself!! Condiment draw was a stained small white unit that had some coffee sachets, tea etc, and some used. This was when the room is classed as ready for next customer. The hotel should replace the white condiment unit if stained as it looks extremely bad. Dirt, hairs,and past customers items under beds. Hair in the bed and marks on wall as well as doors that can and must be wiped cleaned before next customer. towels worn also. Small balcony which could seat two if they provided chairs, i took one from the 2nd floor to use. I assume they expected me to sit on the edge of the bed and look out to the sea. Staff did not seem too bothered, handed key back in as requested/recommended due to 24hr reception cant always get you in the room if you lose the key. Some staff seemed bemused when you gave the key back in, so did'nt bother after a couple of days. I asked for wake up call and taxi, did not get a wake up call as requested. Taxi was available, but that might of been called when i had to go back to the room to collect remote controls. No guide to hotel in rooms, IE; where the pool is or info. Shame, as hotel is nice looking externally. PS, inside of lifts are tatty, simple 20 minute make over would fix, eg; recover in laminate etc.

Prenez toujours une chambre avec 2 lits même si elles n'ont pas la climatisation, car les autres sont minuscules et prévoyez un séjour court. Évitez le petit déjeuner.

El sitio más asqueroso que he visto en mi vida , la habitación tan pequeña que solo cabía la cama y tenías que andar de perfil alrededor. He estado en sitios más baratos y podías comer en el suelo. Tube que comprar lejía porque la bañera estaba llena de bichos ,debajo de la cama el suelo era hasta de otro color de no meter ni el cepillo Pase asco durante toda la estancia. La chica de la recepción, una con el pelo rojo cero resolutiva. La limpieza desde luego es lo peor que tiene , bueno , y las sábanas pufff Por dios vete a otro hotel !!!!! O duerme en la playa que seguro que es mejor que esto

Hotel totalmemte antihiginico, no pasaria una inspección de sanidad desde la entrada. Mal olor en general y en las habitaciones, olor fetido, limpieza inexistente, sin cortinas, suelos sucios, pelos, ducha no funciona, un hilo de agua en el lavabo, en el desayuno : dos trozos de chorizo, dos de fiambre, dos latas de atun a compartir etc etc mala experiencia. No se como Hoteles.com tiene este hotel en su catalago. Voy a pedir la devolucion del dinero ó hacer una reclamación en consumo.

Ha sido una experiencia muy mala. Para empezar, el olor a orina en todo el hotel es algo que cualquier propietario de un negocio mínimamente comprometido, jamás permitiría. Esto no acaba en las zonas comunes, en la habitación fue a más y me obligó a media noche salir del hotel a comprar un ambientador para poder dormir. Las zonas comunes estar muy sucias, los ascensores dan asco. En definitiva jamás en mi vida volvería ni recomendaría este hotel.

Me encantó la ubicación, la limpieza impecable, ambiente muy acogedor y familiar.

The whole hotel smelt, either of dirty mops or bleach, which to me was trying to cover up other dirty smells. My mum had a room on her own and the toilet was filthy, I asked for it to be cleaned and no one was available and no more rooms for her to move in to. My sisters bathroom was really smelly of urine and had to be moved.

Vieze kamer en vooral badkamer vies klein en onhandig. Verder de ligging etc van het hotel was prima evenals het ontbijt.

El hotel tenía mal olor en las habitaciones y zonas comunes. No es un ambiente agradable con olor a limpio. Mi habitación en particular olía muy fuerte a orina y el hotel dijo que no había limpiadores disponibles, pero cambiaron mi habitación a otra. La habitación de mi madre tenía heces en el inodoro y manchadas en la pared. No cambiaron su habitación, así que mi hermana tuvo que comprar sus propios productos de limpieza y limpiar la habitación de mi madre.

房间灯光很暗，床很窄，卫生间设备差

Rooms definitely needs a fridge and replace shower curtains with screens somehow

If you’re not looking for a place just to sleep and don’t mind limited room space you’ll be alright. It’s nicely located about 2 blocks to main avenue and beach. Safe neighborhood for walking to and from.

We stayed there for one night and it was a very disappointing experience. The bathroom was terrible and very old, there wasn’t even any hand soap available. The rooms are poorly built — it feels like there’s just a thin sheet between them, and you can hear absolutely everything from the next room. We couldn’t sleep at all because of the noise coming from other rooms.

Værelset Ok. God seng. Rent og pænt badeværelse, dog kunne det være rart med sæbe på badeværelset i disse tider. Flink personale. Fin pris.

Koselig og hyggelig hotell med trivelig betjening

I booked for four nights, but only stayed for one nught because the noise from other residents and digs was horrebdous. A dog was barking continuously until 00.30 when its owner came back. Then men were bangjng doors, walking up sbx diwn and talking really loudly until 04.00. The reception staff did nothing to stop them. My room was clean, a very basic hotel.

This hotel is advertised as 2 star and that's what it is. I've seen reviews complaining about it but it doesn't pretend to anything it isn't. It's basic. The staff are all friendly and helpful and it is perfectly situated for all the local bars and restaurants. It is also a short walk to the beach. It's cheap and you get what you pay for

Check in was easy, they gave me a key and remote control for the tv. I never turned the tv on, do I don’t know if it works. The mattress was comfy but the pillows were so flat, it was like sleeping so without a pillow. The first night we noticed the room smelled of cigarette, we asked if we could changed rooms, they declined our request and said they would clean it better. The smell was less but it was still present. Overall, it was fine, we hardly spent time in the room. We were out by 8am and back by 10pm every night.

Excelente el servicio y información de todo gracias el año que viene intentaré reservar aviación con desayuno.

Con el frió que hace,no hay calefacción.La luz del pasillo no funcionaba,he tenido que entrar a la habitación a oscuras.Poco gel de baño y papel higiénico.Las toallas super viejas.Pero el alojamiento es bonito y la habitación está reformada.El armario bien y la cama cómoda.Lo mejor de la estancia la amabilidad del personal de recepción.Pero me han cobrado doblemente la habitación,pasando un cargo cada día.Los baños comunes,sin gel ni papel.La ubicación genial y fácil aparcar cerca del hotel.LA APLICACIÓN NO ME DEJA PONER FOTOS

Excellent for what the price was for 5 nights. Room cleaned each day 👍 Receptionists very helpful and enjoyed my time there except from the hill to get there 😄 Thankyou hotel. Betania,Benalmadena.
