On the ground floor are four bedrooms, three bedrooms with a double and single bed sleeping three each, and one bedroom with a double and two single beds and en-suite. On the first floor there are four further bedrooms, each with a double and single bed sleeping three each, and two bathrooms - one with bath and shower, the other with shower. The property has plenty of parking and a hot tub for your use. Once booked, a rental contract is sent for electronic signature. The property is free for self-check-in from 3pm with alternative check-in and check-out arrangements possible depending on availability.  We look forward to welcoming you to Chester! The property includes CCTV cameras in outside areas which are not actively monitored but do record as well as fitted with noise level monitoring systems. Please be aware that this is in a residential area and so we ask everyone to be mindful of noise levels outside and during quieter hours. Pets fees may occur.
