Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a pretty 40 m² living room with sloping ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and a 30m² terrace with garden furniture. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on your arrival. This flat occupies the first floor of a detached house. There is a well known butcher's shop around the corner offering take-away food. On both sides of the Boulevard de Verdun you will find bakeries, a biocoop and a carrefour market at 300m. La Poupée qui couse is a very pleasant and cheap neighbourhood restaurant (open at lunchtime only and by reservation as it is very popular) Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park on the street (paying parking).
