Room was ok, super cold when we got there but heated pretty quickly. Service good. There is a little scent of mold in the hotell and the spa is not good at all. It’s an extra cost to use the Spa but would not pay it again. It’s just a small cold pool, a mini sauna and a few sunchairs. Should not be labeled as a spa hotell. However, the location is great and the view is breathtaking! Will come back!

Dejligt ophold på rigtig godt hotel, som ligger godt placeret i udkanten af Ronda med fantastisk udsigt og kort gåafstand til byens seværdigheder og restauranter. Dejligt poolområde med flot udsigt og rigtig god morgenmad. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Ulemper: Meget lille fitnessrum, betaling for parkering og brug af spa. Derudover er indretningen af toiletfaciliteter på værelset ikke optimal, da der ikke er et egentligt badeværelse.

Very good hotel offering an excellent overall experience. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the very beginning. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The location is very convenient, close to the city center and easy to access, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The amenities are a real highlight, especially the spa and pool, which add to the sense of relaxation. Breakfast was good and offered a nice variety, and the restaurant is also very good, making on-site dining a pleasant experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay that we would gladly recommend.

A nice hotel with incredible views across the valley - made for some beautiful sunsets! The pool is great with lots of sun loungers, although no morning sun due to its position. Hotel overall is lovely. My only ‘complaint’ is that sometimes the service could be slow at the bar and restaurant and sometimes you feel a bit abandoned - a couple of times we had to hunt people down to pay our bill so we could leave to get somewhere on time. Maybe one or two more staff would be a good idea!

The hotel is amazing. The view from the backyard is breathtaking. The staff is lovely. The breakfast option is amazing. The parking inside the hotel makes it much easier to get there. The noise isolation is something out of this world. There was a wedding the night I stayed and once my room door was closed I could not hear a thing.

We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel in Ronda. The hotel is beautiful, lovely pool and all the seating areas are great. We had a great room with a Tajo view which was stunning. The staff are helpful and friendly especially Francisco who was exceptional! A great asset to the hotel. The only criticism was when we arrived we discovered we had to pay to park the car , this is not stated on any of the websites, it states parking available. We stayed here for 10 nights which is unusual, most people stay a couple of nights so potentially a big additional cost ! We expressed our opinion we thought free parking should be available to guests especially for 10 days. We were offered a discount but we declined as this would still add an extra £100 to our holiday . We found parking on the roads fairly nearby which was fine and free! This is the only criticism, the hotel is fabulous . Would love to revisit .

Bar area and terrace is very enjoyable. Hotel needs to upgrade the bedroom balconies as they are showing their age. Balconies need a good cleaning. Hotel rooms, Junior suites are not very large but they are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is nice but could do with some improvement. The breakfast coffee and orange juice stations are in a poor location as there is always a line of people waiting to use them blocking access around the breakfast area. Table service for coffee would be a good idea in addition to the machines. Overall a nice hotel in a great location and well worth the visit. Great staff, friendly and helpful.

What we loved about this property was the view of the valley below. It was spectacular. It was too cold to use the pool but it looks like it was a nice pool. Same thing for the spa. I wish we had had more time to use it. The staff was very friendly. The very best thing about this hotel was that there was parking. Most of the hotels that we stayed at in Spain did not have parking. It was pretty convenient and close to town, about a 10 minute walk. You do have to walk down a hill and then back up the hill to come back, but it’s not a steep hill. We did not pay for breakfast as we think €18 for breakfast is a little bit expensive especially considering that many hotels we stayed at provided breakfast for free or for much less. Also, we had a spongy floor in our bathroom where there was obviously some type of leak. There was like a little indentation in the floor where your foot went down. That needs to be repaired. But the room was large, we loved the turndown service and the chocolates next to our bed, and we loved the view.

If you’re shuffled into one of the rooms literally on the parking lot, stay somewhere else. The rooms with an actual view are likely a wholly different experience. Other than that, it’s OK for a place to sleep.

We were put in a room in a back corridor behind the kitchens. It was very loud, we could hear pots and pans and plates banging. At 08:30am on a Sunday morning we were woken to a hoover above or beside us, so unprofessional! Not relaxing. Our room was also freezing cold. The spa was very basic and mediocre, I suppose the price reflected that but I did expect more. For the price of the hotel, they stay was very disappointing. Breakfast was very nice however.

Overall experience was very nice. Staff are very professional and helpful. Views from the resort/pool are great. Only slight let down was the WI-FI in the room. Could barely connect to internet at all. Its also a little way from town. So expect 10-15 minute walk to old town.

The staff where amazing, helpful and kind. Only thing is that my Spanish is not good enough the speak so communication was not always correct. The room I got was great with a large terrance but I'm not used to having the washing basin, shower and WC seperate and each directly in the room.

The hotel is amazing. The view from the backyard is breathtaking. The staff is lovely. The breakfast option is amazing. The parking inside the hotel makes it much easier to get there. The noise isolation is something out of this world. There was a wedding the night I stayed and once my room door was closed I could not hear a thing.

I loved my stay . The staff was great, the facilities are lovely. It was very comfortable and luxurious. The only pet peeve i have was not having a bathroom separated by a door and the lack of a bidet. The shower and sink are right in the room and the toklet is separated by a glass swing door.

View from the back patio of the hotel was beautiful, half the rooms face that way. Location was convenient for walking. Room was on the smaller side, bed OK not great. Room shower kept oscillating between hot and cold randomly. Spa was unpleasant - FYI it’s 15E plus tax to use the area per guest. It consists of what should be a small hot bath area with some jets and a sauna - looks pretty but water is freezing cold, sauna is tiny. After charging us no one was available at the spa for assistance - didn’t give us towels either. When discussing The Spa with the front desk manager I got a lot of pushback denying that there was anything wrong. I invited him to check the water temperature - unpleasant experience with customer service.

A nice hotel with incredible views across the valley - made for some beautiful sunsets! The pool is great with lots of sun loungers, although no morning sun due to its position. Hotel overall is lovely. My only ‘complaint’ is that sometimes the service could be slow at the bar and restaurant and sometimes you feel a bit abandoned - a couple of times we had to hunt people down to pay our bill so we could leave to get somewhere on time. Maybe one or two more staff would be a good idea!

Not a great experience. We were not given the room we booked. We were then down graded which we were not happy with though they charged same rate. We were then up sold to suite. Big complaint - all rooms were heavily fragranced which was awful for my allergies. I questioned hôtel regarding my allergy but was never replied to. Therefore I assumed everything was fine. I have never been downgraded in a 5 star hotel before. Very poor customer service. Would never stay or recommend this hotel.

The hotel was fine and the staff were all very friendly. However the bed had the firmest mattress that we have ever experienced. We both didn’t get very much sleep as it was impossible to get comfortable. At check out when we were asked if we enjoyed our stay and I informed the man at reception about the bed being very uncomfortable you could tell from his facial expression that he just didn’t care. He just stood there with the credit card machine wanting me to pay and hoping we would leave.

Super Hotel für Ronda Besichtigung. Sind nur eine Nacht geblieben auf unserer Andalusien Rundreise, hat aber Potential für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Absolutely beautiful stay in a stunning location. The public areas in the hotel are spacious and comfortable. The rooms are very nice with generous terraces. The bathrooms are a let down as they are open plan in the room so it is hard to get any privacy.

Beautiful property with incredible views from the outdoor patio. A quiet oasis with pool , spa , bar & restaurant. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was fabulous. Breakfast was equally as good with an extensive selection of quality food. This would be a perfect spot to just wind down for a few days. Definitely worth a visit to this lovely property.

We had dinner at the restaurant at the hotel and that was a disaster. understaffed, and it took forever to get the food. they forgot our wine and brought us another one as they didn´t have any more left instead of asking us. The saddest part was that the food wasn´t very good and just plain tasteless. It is sad as this restaurant has the best view in all off Ronda

Fantastic hotel! Staff was friendly and attentive, rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the breakfast was the best part!!! They even have a bike room for conveniently storing rental bikes (check out HarmanBikes, best shop around!) Could not have imagined a better stay!
