Das Hotel war soweit ok und die Aussicht vom 10ten Stock war wunderbar! Der Parkplatz war ein Parkhaus, welches angeblich 15 € für 24 h kosten sollte... bezahlt habe ich 25€.

There were steps only to enter property. A bit difficult as I had arm in sling to carry suitcase up and into lobby. Otherwise, food was good, staff was helpful and informative.

No habia aire acondicionado, el personal miente, cuando llame dijeron que era una normativa que el cuarto no podia estar por deb+ajo de 22 grados, luego que se habia incendiado el equipo, creo que todo es para ahorrar luz, dijeron que teniamos descuento en el estacionamiento y no era cierto, pagamos 25 euros por una noche.

Como en todas mis reseñas, evalúo tres aspectos clave: A. Ubicación, B. Servicio, C. Relación precio/calidad. A. Ubicación: El hotel está bien situado. Desde el aeropuerto de Vigo (VGO) se llega en 15 minutos en Uber o en menos de una hora en transporte público. Si llegás en tren, tanto la estación de Urzáiz como la de Guixar están a distancia caminable. Además, hay muchas opciones para comer o tomar algo cerca, lo cual siempre suma. B. Servicio: Recibimos muy buena atención desde la llegada. Aunque no usamos el desayuno, el hotel cuenta con restaurante y servicio disponible. C. Relación precio/calidad: Las habitaciones son pequeñas y no están insonorizadas, así que el ruido del exterior y de otros pisos se nota. Las camas no son las más cómodas, y el suelo cruje bastante. Sin embargo, el precio es razonable. El gimnasio en la azotea tiene buena vista, aunque también mucho calor. Mi opinión: Si te importa más la ubicación y el precio que el descanso profundo, este hotel cumple. Pero si el sueño reparador es prioridad, quizás te convenga buscar otra opción. Las habitaciones para una persona son muy pequeñas, aunque en la reserva se mostraba otro tipo de habitación. El personal no fue muy cordial al momento del Check-in y no es cierto que el hotel posee estacionamiento, hay que estacionar el vehículo en un parking público con una tarifa especial, dista del hotel aprox. 250 Mts.

El hotel está muy bien, cuando llegamos había un refresco abierto en el mini bar, pero lo comentamos en recepción y sin problema. Al irnos pudimos dejar la maleta en recepción y así poder dar un paseo por la ciudad, antes de la salida del tren sin tener que cargar con ella. Lo que no recomiendo es coger el desayuno, quizás sea por las medidas covid, pero es bastante caótico y escaso

I received an email shortly before I was due to check in inviting me to check in online. Unfortunately, the web developers responsible for the online check in process lacked competence and my UK passport number was reported as not having a valid format. Maybe this was why check-in at the reception was painfully slow. What made matters worse was, having struggled with heavy luggage to get to my room, the door key card hadn't been properly programmed so I had to return to a busy reception. Not a good start. There was a long hair stuck to the mirror and another one on the bed. These were not my hairs. It made me doubt the cleanliness of the hotel. The water pressure in the shower was poor and the sink had this absurd arrangement which might have made sense to some trendy designer but was totally impractical. A weird, slanted surface in the sink (I've never seen such a thing before) meant that water splashed back at you. I think the seating in the reception area was meant to look contemporary. It didn't. It looked like something more befitting of a budget hostel than what was supposedly a 4 star hotel.

駅、バスターミナルから近く、そこにはショッピングモールもあり、近くにエルコルテイングレスもあるので、買い物も便利。レストランも豊富で、近くの観光地も歩いて行けます。ホテルの人も親切で、いろいろ教えて頂きました。清掃のときに、グラス交換されていなかった点と、部屋にティッシュがないなど、スペイン特有なところはありますが、全体的に文句無しです。

Great staff and good location between train station and old town. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Only negative was the bathroom door was frosted glass and semi transparent, so there was limited privacy.

Staff was always professional and kind with check-in and check out. They gladly helped call a very quick taxi for our departure. Hotel was exactly as expected. Great walkable location to everything, including Vigo's major train station. Only complaint was that there was construction happening every night outside of the hotel, out of the company's control I realize but that is my only complaint.

Very good location, comfortable and very clean room. Friendly and efficient staff. We were able to have an early check in. I left my cell phone in the room at check out and they shipped it to Lisbon for me at a very reasonable cost. Very happy with their staff.

No habia aire acondicionado, el personal miente, cuando llame dijeron que era una normativa que el cuarto no podia estar por deb+ajo de 22 grados, luego que se habia incendiado el equipo, creo que todo es para ahorrar luz, dijeron que teniamos descuento en el estacionamiento y no era cierto, pagamos 25 euros por una noche.

Local excelente, perto dos pontos turísticos, pertinho da estação de trem e de ônibus, localizados dentro do Shopping moderno. Café da manhã muito bom, porém só existia uma pessoa para atender os hóspedes,dificultando a reposição dos alimentos. Falei esse assunto com a Gerente, infelizmente não me atendeu bem, pois os quatros dias que passamos lá o atendimento era o mesmo. O atendimento da recepção foi excelente!!!

Café da manhã muito bom, porém só existia uma pessoa para atender os hóspedes,dificultando a reposição dos alimentos. Falei esse assunto com a Gerente, infelizmente não me atendeu bem, pois os quatros dias que passamos lá o atendimento era o mesmo. O atendimento da recepção foi excelente!!!

I received an email shortly before I was due to check in inviting me to check in online. Unfortunately, the web developers responsible for the online check in process lacked competence and my UK passport number was reported as not having a valid format. Maybe this was why check-in at the reception was painfully slow. What made matters worse was, having struggled with heavy luggage to get to my room, the door key card hadn't been properly programmed so I had to return to a busy reception. Not a good start. There was a long hair stuck to the mirror and another one on the bed. These were not my hairs. It made me doubt the cleanliness of the hotel. The water pressure in the shower was poor and the sink had this absurd arrangement which might have made sense to some trendy designer but was totally impractical. A weird, slanted surface in the sink (I've never seen such a thing before) meant that water splashed back at you. I think the seating in the reception area was meant to look contemporary. It didn't. It looked like something more befitting of a budget hostel than what was supposedly a 4 star hotel.

Las habitaciones para una persona son muy pequeñas, aunque en la reserva se mostraba otro tipo de habitación. El personal no fue muy cordial al momento del Check-in y no es cierto que el hotel posee estacionamiento, hay que estacionar el vehículo en un parking público con una tarifa especial, dista del hotel aprox. 250 Mts.

Como en todas mis reseñas, evalúo tres aspectos clave: A. Ubicación, B. Servicio, C. Relación precio/calidad. A. Ubicación: El hotel está bien situado. Desde el aeropuerto de Vigo (VGO) se llega en 15 minutos en Uber o en menos de una hora en transporte público. Si llegás en tren, tanto la estación de Urzáiz como la de Guixar están a distancia caminable. Además, hay muchas opciones para comer o tomar algo cerca, lo cual siempre suma. B. Servicio: Recibimos muy buena atención desde la llegada. Aunque no usamos el desayuno, el hotel cuenta con restaurante y servicio disponible. C. Relación precio/calidad: Las habitaciones son pequeñas y no están insonorizadas, así que el ruido del exterior y de otros pisos se nota. Las camas no son las más cómodas, y el suelo cruje bastante. Sin embargo, el precio es razonable. El gimnasio en la azotea tiene buena vista, aunque también mucho calor. El hotel está muy bien, cuando llegamos había un refresco abierto en el mini bar, pero lo comentamos en recepción y sin problema. Al irnos pudimos dejar la maleta en recepción y así poder dar un paseo por la ciudad, antes de la salida del tren sin tener que cargar con ella. Lo que no recomiendo es coger el desayuno, quizás sea por las medidas covid, pero es bastante caótico y escaso

O hotel está bem. reformado de pouco. Tem conforto. O restaurante para tomar café é um pouco caótico, mas mais por conta dos hóspedes do que pelo hotel. Pessoal, se joga na sua frente, coloca a colher em qualquer lugar independente se vai sujar de outra coisa. Mas isso poderia ser controlado um pouco melhor pelo hotel, mas não me parece um papel dele.

We were only here for a quick stop on our way back between Porto and LaCoruna so we were not able to take advantage of the breakfast or explore the area. Our room was very clean, the staff was friendly and it was very close to the train station. I would recommend it and wish we had longer to see the area.
