From the moment you step through the front door, you'll be immersed in the unique atmosphere of a truly authentic chalet, built according to traditional methods. The ambiance is decidedly cozy and in harmony with its immediate surroundings: nature and wide open spaces. The understated and harmonious decor makes you feel right at home, in a snug little cocoon. Thanks to its sheltered outdoor terrace, furnished with solid Morvan wood garden furniture, you can enjoy long summer evenings around a cozy fire pit, and in winter, relax by the wood-burning stove, ideally located in the veranda, with a good book and/or a glass of Burgundy wine, of course... A large 25m² living area with an open-plan fitted kitchen opens onto a living room. A veranda overlooks the Morvan mountains and the surrounding countryside and features a wood-burning stove and a sofa. The first bedroom sleeps two (double bed 140 x 190 cm) and includes a TV and garden view. There is a separate shower room and toilet. A mezzanine, equipped with a bookcase, can be used as a playroom or reading room. On the same level, there is a second bedroom with two single beds (one double 140 x 190 cm and the other single 90 x 190 cm). The property also features reversible air conditioning and a heat pump. This chalet is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Not suitable for business trips. Utilities and options: Water and firewood included.
