The living/dining room has triple aspect large windows that make the most of the stunning views. There are three bedrooms and a large bathroom with separate shower. Please note, access to the property is up a short private track that leads directly to a lighthouse, it is a single-track lane with passing places but is a dead end. Sunny Hill is just 5 miles from Gairloch with a good selection of shops, a small supermarket, restaurants, bars and cafes. The beach is just below the property, so the sea views are amazing.Many choose to visit Gairloch during the summer months as it is a haven for outdoor activity. Canoeing, kayaking and boating are all on offer if you want to see the best of Scotland from the sea, however, there are many beaches and mountains nearby Gairloch that you can explore on foot. The village also has a golf course, a museum, hotels and restaurants which makes it an excellent base if you are exploring Gairloch and surrounding areas in Wester Ross. Beach 170 yards.
