The grassed area opposite the property is owner by the owners and a neighbour, and is an ideal place for picnics and watching the sunset, affording lovely views. The pretty village of Woolfardisworthy (Woolsery) is just 1½ miles and has a well stocked village store and Post Office for your daily essentials. The popular village inn with its highly acclaimed restaurant and adjacent fish and chip shop is perfect for an evening out or an evening in with fish and chips. A superb holiday choice whatever the time of year. The award-winning beach at Westward Ho! is just 12 miles. Renowned for its beauty, it has 2 miles of sandy beach known as the Golden Bay and is popular with surfers.
