Great hotel by the Beach. The staff was all very helpfull and friendly. Especially the receptionist was a great help with all issues related to our 2 pcr test. Use of glowes at breakfast make us feel more safe. Fantastic pool area and Beach club. Room is spacious and great beds.

Service standard is lacking.when I checked in, there were more than 6 staff at the counter, but I was asked to wait for a particular staff who was serving someone who seemed to be checking in for 20 to 30 people. After waiting for a while, I decided to ask for another service staff….on Saturday night, the carpark was full and I was told to double park and leave my car unlocked so that the valet can move my car by pushing it. Eventually, I parked outside the compound. This hotel is in a godforesaken place with no attractions within 1.5km. The roads leading to the hotel are really small and not suitable for walking. Suggest you stay closer to Central Pattaya, near Terminal 21 mall where there is more to do.

Initially I booked with Zign Premium Villas which is the sister property and right across the street. However the check-in process was a disaster so I decided to just stay at the Zign Hotel. The room was ok. Beds were hard and thin covers. The staff was not friendly except the bellsman who helped me with my luggage. I ordered room service twice and my order was wrong BOTH times even after the waitress repeated the order. The food was terrible. The only things I enjoyed were the spa and the private beach access. It’s very far from everything and it’s really hard to get a taxi to go into the city.

The hotel has a pet-friendly site, the room was very spacious. Our two cats were happy and did not mess up. The manageress was very accommodating to upgrade me to this pet-friendly site as there was a mistake in my booking. The staff from the car park, room service, and the swimming pool were good. The other site - the main- overlooks the sea, and there are many levels of swimming pools. A great sight and a temptation to swim,

Es ist eine schöne Hotelanlage. Sehr gepflegt. Leider liegt das Haus etwas abseits. Kein Shuttle Bus bis zur Hauptstrasse. Der Weg muss zu Fuss, ungefähr 15 Minuten, zurückgelegt werden. Oder man bestellt sich ein Taxi, am besten mit einer App. Dafür ist die Luft hier besser, als im Zentrum von Pattaya und bedeutent ruhiger, ist es auch.

Be careful of this place. Our entire floor smell like mold and probably had mold. I checked out early of my hotel due to an emergency and they refused to give me a refund to I ended up calling my credit card. Additionally, they were kinda of racist towards us, they paid more attention to the Koreans guests and Chinese guests than us. Please avoid this hotel at all cost.

The reception staff were very rude when we checked in. Our villa smelt of dampness and has mould around the air con and also in the bathroom, the complex needs a good clean and tidy up and is seems a little run down. Breakfast was ok, but not as large variety as other hotels. The staff at breakfast were very nice and helpful. Our villa was very large and the complex was very quiet with no one hardly in the pool. Great spot for relaxing For $120AUD per night it was a good price.

I ordered room service twice and my order was wrong BOTH times even after the waitress repeated the order. The food was terrible. The only things I enjoyed were the spa and the private beach access. It’s very far from everything and it’s really hard to get a taxi to go into the city.

I’m grateful for the kind staff. The hotel is beautiful and a perfect place to hide away and relax while having massages nearby and there’s a bar on the corner that stays open late. Very sweet accommodation. Thank you for hating me and my son.

Great hotel by the Beach. The staff was all very helpfull and friendly. Especially the receptionist was a great help with all issues related to our 2 pcr test. Use of glowes at breakfast make us feel more safe. Fantastic pool area and Beach club. Room is spacious and great beds.

Service standard is lacking.when I checked in, there were more than 6 staff at the counter, but I was asked to wait for a particular staff who was serving someone who seemed to be checking in for 20 to 30 people. After waiting for a while, I decided to ask for another service staff….on Saturday night, the carpark was full and I was told to double park and leave my car unlocked so that the valet can move my car by pushing it. Eventually, I parked outside the compound. This hotel is in a godforesaken place with no attractions within 1.5km. The roads leading to the hotel are really small and not suitable for walking. Suggest you stay closer to Central Pattaya, near Terminal 21 mall where there is more to do.

Es ist eine schöne Hotelanlage. Sehr gepflegt. Leider liegt das Haus etwas abseits. Kein Shuttle Bus bis zur Hauptstrasse. Der Weg muss zu Fuss, ungefähr 15 Minuten, zurückgelegt werden. Oder man bestellt sich ein Taxi, am besten mit einer App. Dafür ist die Luft hier besser, als im Zentrum von Pattaya und bedeutent ruhiger, ist es auch.

The reception staff were very rude when we checked in. Our villa smelt of dampness and has mould around the air con and also in the bathroom, the complex needs a good clean and tidy up and is seems a little run down. Breakfast was ok, but not as large variety as other hotels. The staff at breakfast were very nice and helpful. Our villa was very large and the complex was very quiet with no one hardly in the pool. Great spot for relaxing For $120AUD per night it was a good price.

The hotel was well-kept; the pools were huge and nice. the beach is nice to sit on but not suitable for swimming. There are a few restaurants nearby and spas. The location was slightly out of way from the central business district.

Overall Property is too old and not good if you are Indian and Vegetarian, The Hotel is only good for Chinese, Korean, and Japanese tourists. We survive only on bread and fruit for breakfast no other option

Jag vill verkligen rekommendera The Zign Hotel Egen strand, flera restauranger, väldigt riklig frukost-prisvärd! 10 min gångväg till 7/11 (lifesaver) och apotek. 30 min med Grab till tex flouting market, walking street. Etc. Jag använder inte ofta delivering food, men jag har gjort det mycket under min vistelse och även det fungerar utmärkt med Grab. Detta har förstås inget med hotellet att göra, men jag ville bara nämna det eftersom jag är förstagångs resenär.

My family used to love to stayed at this hotel, I haven’t come for a long time. We stayed at this hotel this time for our mom memory , she loved this hotel . It’s disappointing to see our family favorite hotel looks more ran down. Staff at the front desk not friendly, doesn’t feel welcoming. I booked 4 rooms. When we checked out, one of the room missed one key card , we get charged 200 baht. We travel so often , but for sure we are not coming back.

Das erste Zimmer war muffig, genau wie das Wasser das sehr stank. Die Dusche war dreckig und komplett verkalkt so das der Duschkopf keine Funktion hatte. Die Toilette regelmäßig verstopft. Das Zweite Zimmer war sauber und roch nicht, aber das Wasser stank und war hier braun und es gab selten Warmwasser. Mehrfache Beschwerden brachten nichts, auch Expedia war nicht hilfreich. Der Pool war schön auch wenn in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück war reichaltig. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen.

Beautiful resort close to many attractions in the area including the Sanctuary of Truth. The view of the ocean is more industrial as you can see the dock where fishing boats come in, but still a great view when there is a high-tide. Not such a great view at low tide. There's multiple swimming pools and they are great. Breakfast was awesome.
