Wir waren für 5 Tage zu Gast im Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel. Gebuchtvhatten wir ein Superoir Doppelzimmer. Das Zimmer hatte knapp 40qm und wir für uns (2 Erw. 1Kind) sehr großzügig und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Meerblick. In den ersten Tagen mussten wir uns erst einmal zurecht finden, da das Hotel durch seine mehreren Ebenen etwas verirrend war. Die Auswahl am Abendbuffet war gut und das Live Cocking hat uns sehr gefallen. Hier muss man nur darauf achten, dass alles für eine entsprechen gegrillt wird. Hier gab es leider ein paar Defizite was aber schnell behoben werden konnte. Bei der ein oder anderen Beilage hätte ich mir ein wenig mehr Auswahl gewünscht. Das ist aber denke ich mehr Geschmackssache. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es leider ein wenig Luft nach oben. Für meinen Geschmack zuviel Abgepacktes und zu wenig frisches Obst. Eine große Auswahl war dennoch gegeben. Wenn ich es mit einem Iberostar welches wir ketztes Jahr besucht haben vergleiche war es leider eine Klasse schlechter. Als Ausgleich gab es allerdings zwei sehr gute Restaurants die man besuchen konnte ohne zusätzlich zu bezahlen. Als sehr schön hat such die gesamte Poollandschaft hersus gestellt. Der obere Meerwasserpool ist dabei sngenehm beheizt. Liegen waren zu jedem Zeitpunkt gut verfügbar. Und der Handtuchservice war einfach klasse. Eine kleine Anmerkung hätte ich bzgl. Der abendlichen Shows. Hier könnte mehr abwechslung sein. Kann natürlich auch sein, dass wir gerade zum falsch Zeitpunkt da waren.

Perfect for young families. The Roniadventura section is great fun for children, with slides, climbing area, zip line and pool games. Staff at the mini club were great and can speak many languages. Lots of sunbeds with parasols, no need for the morning rush to try and secure a bed. Lots of variety at the main buffet restaurant with separate section for adults only. Kids have access to a small soft play and games room from this restaurant. Bouncy castle at night was a welcome feature for the kids too. Evening entertainment was ok, lots of singers, pianist and saxophonist. A shuttle bus runs each day to the Adrian hotel in centre of Adeje, which from there is only 5mins walk to the market (Thurs and Sat). Attentive friendly staff. Our room was spacious and spotless. If half board, I recommend buying a one off drinks package for the room which then gives you access to the fridge for the remainder of the stay. No iron in the room was the only negative but you can call reception and they organise this for you. Our room was a junior suite which had the separate sleeping area for children. This was perfect with lots of storage areas. Stunning ocean view from the balcony. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful, well kept hotel. Spacious rooms. Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights. Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value.

Beautiful grounds with a waterfall and infinity pool. Good variety of food at the breakfast and dinner buffets. Bought a national park and cable car trip to Mount Teide at reception. Very well organised. Friendly staff. Recommend for families. - Drinks not included for half board (one drink pp should be included).

Unser Zimmer (Junior Suite mit Kinderzimmer) war wirklich toll und hatte eine große Terrasse mit Pool- und Meerblick. Alles war gut erreichbar, das Hotel sehr gepflegt. Die Tiefgarage ist groß, sodass wir unseren Mietwagen sicher abstellen konnten. Teilweise war der Service etwas unfreundlich und langsam im Restaurant. Das haben wir aber angemerkt und uns wurde offen zugehört. Das Animationsteam war sehr nett und bemüht, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Etwas mehr Englischkenntnisse beim Personal wäre toll. Der Salzwasserpool hat eine angenehme Temperatur, das Wasser im anderen Pool und im Kinderbereich hätte wärmer sein können im April. Insgesamt einer unserer besten Hotelaufenthalte in Spanien, wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Absolutely loved our stay at Roca Nivaria. If you're looking for a five star resort away from the hussle and bustle of the busier areas, Roca Nivaria is for you! The resort itself is amazingly clean, staff are so attentive and friendly and the resort app makes everything so easy! Meals were amazing and we loved our visit to the spa and pools. Can't wait to return one day!

Lovely hotel and great design in terms of layout, spaces, activities, spa and room design. Accommodates guests well with its capacious estate, landscape design and setting next to the sea. Responds on finer details too. Definitely a place for relaxation whilst accessible for trips into the Teide national park or to the north east La Laguna. Car hire nearby. Car park under part of hotel.

Sehr entspannende Ferientage! Besonders gefallen hat uns, das aufmerksame Personal. Im Restaurant gab es immer genügend Plätze, auch draußen. Cool ich, dass es am Pool genügend Liegen gab und das peinliche Reservieren nicht stattfand. Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!

We booked our trip last minute and the hotel from the moment we arrived made us feel like royalty. The rooms were cleaned to perfection, the food options were fantastic and the overall service from reception to waiting staff was above average. We intend to make this our yearly hotel as we felt so relaxed throughout our stay and wished we could have stayed longer

El hotel está muy bien, limpieza el primer día de llegada muy limpio, los demás no. Está bien para ir en familia. El personal del hotel, muy amable la gente con experiencia. No me gustó que no había música en las piscinas y que en el bar donde servían los almuerzos los camareros tenían poca experiencia y no tenían muy bien atendimiento. Tampoco fue agradable que el día de la salida tuvimos que pagar el almuerzo teniendo todo incluido, y ninguno de los tres días desayunamos. Hotel recomendable pero con muchas cosas que mejorar, es la segunda vez que hemos ido pero a bajado mucho en calidad para el precio que tiene. La otra vez el día de la salida tuvimos todo incluido y sin embargo está vez no. A bajado de nivel

Sehr schönes tolles Hotel. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub, Essen sehr lecker und immer abwechslungsreich Personal immer freundlich. In der ganzen Anlage alles sauber und gepflegt, dort blüht es an jeder Ecke, überall all Blumen und Palmen.

A lovely hotel with amazing staff. They are hard working and friendly. The grounds are lovely and the room I had very spacious. The food overall was very good. The hotel is very clean and pool area lovely. Downside is the reception is dated, evening entertainment is poor with terrible singers. The 2 specialist restaurants you need to book, I could only get in 1 but to be honest I wouldn’t bother as it wasn’t great. However I would highly recommend for a relaxing holiday.

An enjoyable 5 days at Roca Nivaria with our 2 year old son. It is a beautiful hotel, the staff were wonderful and we loved the pools and easy access to the beach. The nearby beach isn't particularly exciting, but still nice to be able to easily go down and swim in the waves. Same with the surrounding area - not very inspiring but enough restaurants and nice sunsets everyday! The hotel is very well set up for children, and the staff and facilities at the Kids Club were incredible. Definitely worth requesting a "quiet room" if you don't want to be listening to live music until 11pm every night - our first room was very noisy, but we requested to be moved after one night and that was handled very smoothly by the front desk.

Chambre 335 : Côté positif = belle grande chambre, belle terrasse bien orientée vers la mer et les chemins de balade, donc pas de vue sur les piscines. Salle de bain avec une baignoire ET une douche ! Rare : un grand dressing. Côté négatif = la ventilation de la salle de bain fonctionne de façon complètement aléatoire, même après intervention technique. Mais grâce à la double porte, le bruit est quasi nul dans la chambre.

Lovely hotel although disappointed with a few things . 1. All other 5 star hotels I have stayed in would provide nice quality products in the bathroom , there was not even a shower cap ! 2. fridge in room locked and could only be used if we upgraded to all inclusive !! 3.would expect complimentary water to be replenished every day as with other 5 star hotels we have stayed in, even if it was only used to make coffee /tea. unhygienic to be filling a kettle or coffee machine from a tap in the bathroom ! However we did find the hotel to be lovely . Staff pleasant and helpful. The aqua gym instructor was fab and really encouraging , looked forward to it every day .

Havde nok forventet lidt bedre service af et fem-stjernet hotel. Værelset var slidt ned. drikkevand og kaffe til den første dag - havde forventet at der blev fyldt op hver morgen - som på alle andre hoteller i den klasse! minibaren var låst og fik ikke nogen nøgle dertil.

Unser Zimmer (Junior Suite mit Kinderzimmer) war wirklich toll und hatte eine große Terrasse mit Pool- und Meerblick. Alles war gut erreichbar, das Hotel sehr gepflegt. Die Tiefgarage ist groß, sodass wir unseren Mietwagen sicher abstellen konnten. Teilweise war der Service etwas unfreundlich und langsam im Restaurant. Das haben wir aber angemerkt und uns wurde offen zugehört. Das Animationsteam war sehr nett und bemüht, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Etwas mehr Englischkenntnisse beim Personal wäre toll. Der Salzwasserpool hat eine angenehme Temperatur, das Wasser im anderen Pool und im Kinderbereich hätte wärmer sein können im April. Insgesamt einer unserer besten Hotelaufenthalte in Spanien, wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

5 star but still very family friendly and accommodating. The staff were lovely, especially in kids clubs. Great facilities and high quality activities for kids . They won't want to leave the complex. We had a junior suite with lovely sea view and it was large and luxurious with a very much seperate but connected sleeping area for 2 children. Buffet selection was great, lots of options and high quality. I would have liked to have fresh water and coffee dispensers at all meals, rather than just breakfast. Also fresh water dispenser through hotel and pool areas... this would have given eco plus points rather than reliance on bottled water.

My second stay at this hotel in as many years. Food is varied and fresh, staff are pleasant, the junior suite is perfect for familes with the separate sleeping and storage areas. Lovely welcome bottle of fiz was well received. Housekeeping do a great job keeping everything spotless. Mini club was better last year but the team are friendly and welcoming. Lots of sunbeds. Separate kids pool area and zip line were great. Evening entertainment was poor in comparison to the nearby H10. Randomly the televisions came on through the night updated to reflect the next guests name.. slightly disappointing given we still had a number of hours before check out. Overall a nice stay, but room for improvement.

Bel hôtel avec, comme principal atout pour les familles, un parc aquatique à l’écart des piscines principales. La nourriture est bonne dans l’ensemble et les chambres sont spacieuses. Rapport qualité prix correct. MAIS quelques points sont très regrettables : 1/ même avec le repas du soir compris dans notre forfait il fallait payer 2,50€ pour une bouteille d’eau de 50cl à table ! (Très mesquin et pas adapté pour les familles). 2/ le personnel est peu aimable et agit comme des robots. Il y a plein de « règles » et aucune discussion n’est possible ! Ex : Jacuzzi interdit en dessous de 18 ans, pas de mini golf apres 20h, pas le droit aux bouées dans la seule piscine chauffée (celle qui est salée), pas le droit d’amener une bouteille d’eau sur sa table au petit dej, et surtout des espèces de chasseurs de serviettes (personnel de l’hôtel) qui viennent vous enlever vos serviettes de vos transats quand vous partez petit déjeuner (cf Jasmine) ! Un 5 étoiles avec le service d’un 2 étoiles. 3/ les piscines d’eau douce ne sont pas chauffées

I would like to give this hotel a five star rating, but i cannot. Here is the reason why. The location is great, the standard is great, its a huge hotel. Gym was one of the better i have seen (in a hotel that is). The pools are amazing and the poolbar is great. The rooms clean og nice service from the cleaning personel. The restaurants are great and the food excellent. We were a group of 12 people. All with all inclusive. 9 adult and 3 children. We wanted to surprice on in the group for his birthday, but it was not possible to store a cake or have it served unless we ordered it from the hotel. We wanted a great looking personal cake, so we had that custommade else where. No help from the staff whatsoever. Their "rules" are more important than anything else. The hotel taxi transport to the aiport is around 116 euro. Double the price. So we just booked a taxi ride on the internet for 53 euro. And in several occasions, the waiters were rude. One time two children (age 8-9, behaving, quiet) were eating breakfast in the "wrong" place. And even if they only had a few minutes left, they were kicked over to an other section of the restaurant.

Sehr entspannende Ferientage! Besonders gefallen hat uns, das aufmerksame Personal. Im Restaurant gab es immer genügend Plätze, auch draußen. Cool ich, dass es am Pool genügend Liegen gab und das peinliche Reservieren nicht stattfand. Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!
Sehr entspannende Ferientage! Besonders gefallen hat uns, das aufmerksame Personal. Im Restaurant gab es immer genügend Plätze, auch draußen. Cool ich, dass es am Pool genügend Liegen gab und das peinliche Reservieren nicht stattfand. Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!

Perfect for young families. The Roniadventura section is great fun for children, with slides, climbing area, zip line and pool games. Staff at the mini club were great and can speak many languages. Lots of sunbeds with parasols, no need for the morning rush to try and secure a bed. Lots of variety at the main buffet restaurant with separate section for adults only. Kids have access to a small soft play and games room from this restaurant. Bouncy castle at night was a welcome feature for the kids too. Evening entertainment was ok, lots of singers, pianist and saxophonist. A shuttle bus runs each day to the Adrian hotel in centre of Adeje, which from there is only 5mins walk to the market (Thurs and Sat). Attentive friendly staff. Our room was spacious and spotless. If half board, I recommend buying a one off drinks package for the room which then gives you access to the fridge for the remainder of the stay. No iron in the room was the only negative but you can call reception and they organise this for you. Our room was a junior suite which had the separate sleeping area for children. This was perfect with lots of storage areas. Stunning ocean view from the balcony. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a great place to relax, catch the sun and watch the waves breaking on the rocks. There is not much to see in the vicinity by walking distance but with a car or excursions you can see more. Personally I like to stay in the hotel and the staff are outstanding, very friendly and happy to help.

Absolutely loved our stay at Roca Nivaria. If you're looking for a five star resort away from the hussle and bustle of the busier areas, Roca Nivaria is for you! The resort itself is amazingly clean, staff are so attentive and friendly and the resort app makes everything so easy! Meals were amazing and we loved our visit to the spa and pools. Can't wait to return one day!

Lovely hotel and great design in terms of layout, spaces, activities, spa and room design. Accommodates guests well with its capacious estate, landscape design and setting next to the sea. Responds on finer details too. Definitely a place for relaxation whilst accessible for trips into the Teide national park or to the north east La Laguna. Car hire nearby. Car park under part of hotel.

Tout s’est bien passé ! Hôtel très bien tenu, très belles piscines dans un superbe domaine avec une incroyable variété de palmiers !chambre très propre, personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute ! Nos seuls regrets sont : la nourriture qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles ! Et le All inclusive qui n’en est pas un !!! Les horaires du restaurant qui sont faits pour les Allemands ! Le soir de 18H30 à 21H30 !!on est en vacances et de surcroît en Espagne où les gens mangent très tard dans la nuit……

Beautiful, well kept hotel. Spacious rooms. Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights. Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value.

We booked our trip last minute and the hotel from the moment we arrived made us feel like royalty. The rooms were cleaned to perfection, the food options were fantastic and the overall service from reception to waiting staff was above average. We intend to make this our yearly hotel as we felt so relaxed throughout our stay and wished we could have stayed longer

Beautiful grounds with a waterfall and infinity pool. Good variety of food at the breakfast and dinner buffets. Bought a national park and cable car trip to Mount Teide at reception. Very well organised. Friendly staff. Recommend for families. - Drinks not included for half board (one drink pp should be included).

Bel hôtel avec, comme principal atout pour les familles, un parc aquatique à l’écart des piscines principales. La nourriture est bonne dans l’ensemble et les chambres sont spacieuses. Rapport qualité prix correct. MAIS quelques points sont très regrettables : 1/ même avec le repas du soir compris dans notre forfait il fallait payer 2,50€ pour une bouteille d’eau de 50cl à table ! (Très mesquin et pas adapté pour les familles). 2/ le personnel est peu aimable et agit comme des robots. Il y a plein de « règles » et aucune discussion n’est possible ! Ex : Jacuzzi interdit en dessous de 18 ans, pas de mini golf apres 20h, pas le droit aux bouées dans la seule piscine chauffée (celle qui est salée), pas le droit d’amener une bouteille d’eau sur sa table au petit dej, et surtout des espèces de chasseurs de serviettes (personnel de l’hôtel) qui viennent vous enlever vos serviettes de vos transats quand vous partez petit déjeuner (cf Jasmine) ! Un 5 étoiles avec le service d’un 2 étoiles. 3/ les piscines d’eau douce ne sont pas chauffées

Godt hotel, pænt og rent Men alt for dyrt i forhold til maden på hotellet, som alle steder bar præg af cafeteria mad eller nærmest stor køkken, hvor deltaljerne eller kærlighed for maden manglet på et hotel, som gerne vil være et fem-stjernet hotel. Det bliver for meget “mængder af mad” fremfor opsætning og leveringen af maden Så ikke et sted, hvis du elsker god mad

I booked via Expedia and when you select your filters in the search, you have to put in the ages of the children. Well upon arrival, somehow Expedia sent info for under 1 for 2 children and since we flew there, we had to pay $1800 difference for 2 kids age 13 and under. Hiccup one. The dining options said there were restaurants, only one was open, book in advance and it was terrible food. The buffet was better but it was always the same thing for 3 meals a day. If the buffet was closed, there were zero options for food. All inclusive to me, as well as others, means the bars are open, snacks are readily available (not only at the one pool bar during a set time) and you get items in the room, room service etc. This was not the case. The pools were good, but don’t think there is a waiter coming around to see if you need anything. You always need your room key at meal times and if you want something from the pool bars. Many snacks are NOT included in the all inclusive. Our mini bar was not stocked every day we were there and it is only drinks. The first day there were pringles but after that- nothing. I had to make several trips down the street to the store for drinks and snacks during the days we stayed at the resort. If I had known I was going to be charged an additional $1800 upon arrival, I would have stayed at maybe the Hard Rock or a better resort, not 5 star resort anymore. You will need a car as there aren’t a lot of excursions you can do that will pick you up.

A lovely hotel with amazing staff. They are hard working and friendly. The grounds are lovely and the room I had very spacious. The food overall was very good. The hotel is very clean and pool area lovely. Downside is the reception is dated, evening entertainment is poor with terrible singers. The 2 specialist restaurants you need to book, I could only get in 1 but to be honest I wouldn’t bother as it wasn’t great. However I would highly recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Roca Nirvana is a great hotel. The rooms are among the finest we’ve stayed in for a family holiday, and the food and pools are fantastic. However, the entire experience is let down by overly rigid, finicky rules. Getting drinks is... annoying. You only get two keycards; one must stay in the room for power, leaving just one for a family. Since the bar strictly requires scanning a card to order you cannot simply grab a drink without thinking, where is my card? Someone else taken it to another pool? Forgot your card? back you go! Other policies are equally baffling. All-Inclusive guests must pay extra for the poolside à la carte, the ONLY place for AI to eat lunch is at the main restaurant. The kids' mini-disco is awkwardly timed at 6:00 PM when you want to shower and get ready for dinner. A large adults-only area unnecessarily cramps the buffet during peak family holidays with barely anyone in it. Some rules are baffling. I moved a chair to sit my wife and daughter during breakfast. I was told to sit somewhere else by the staff as the tables were two people only?! The pool doesn't open until 10 and closes at 6. However you cant get towels until that point. So you have a choice, carry 2 towels per person to and from your room, or wait until 10 to get fresh ones. If you stay at the pool until 6, no chance to swap back. The open hut should be open from 9.45 to 6.15 to make things easier. It is a lovely property, but full of small annoyances which irritate over a holiday.

Great hotel. Modern, clean, friendly. Fab location. Plenty of sunbeds and policed to stop people reserving then leaving the pool. Food (buffet) : breakfast excellent, dinner good. Would visit again.

We had a really enjoyable stay and would happily return. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with good-quality facilities and plenty to do for families. The pools were fantastic and well maintained, and the children’s facilities were particularly impressive. The water slides and zip wire were definite highlights and kept the kids entertained throughout our stay. Overall, a great family-friendly hotel that we would happily recommend.
