The villa is conceived as a separate facility with its own private pool, sunbathing area and garden. The interior of the villa is modern, comfortable and functional, and you will find everything you need for your stay. On the ground floor there is equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. One bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom is on the ground floor, while 3 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms are located on the first floor. The house is built on a beautiful private property of 2000m², which is entirely at your disposal. The property is covered with Mediterranean vegetation. Outside you have a beautiful covered outdoor dining area and barbecue area. The pool is surrounded by greenery and sun loungers as well as parasols are available. Parking is located in the yard, next to the house. The 45th parallel passes through the island, whilst its longest part is 38 km and its widest 20 km long. Its coast is around 190 km long. The closest mainland is only about a hundred metres away and its neighbouring islands are the islands of Cres, Goli and Rab; a few smaller islands also pertain to it (the largest being Plavnik, which has 17 km of coast, and the smaller Školjić with just 400 m of coast); it has an unusual and varied relief, climbing from the north-western part to the south-eastern part – from picturesque gentle coves and lagoons, along fertile fields and dense forests with sub-mediterranean vegetation, to the parts of bare limestone and real mountain landscape.
