Independent check-in is possible 24/7 for both apartments. WLAN is free of charge. There is space for 4 cars on the property. The upper apartment has wheelchair access via the terrace. Hiking, swimming, cycling, water sports on Lake Constance - the region around Immenstaad has it all.This basement apartment offers 1 bedroom, a living and dining room, kitchen, and bathroom with toilet. From the living area, you can access the garden with a small seating area. The large adjoining lawn is shared by both the ground floor and basement guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking together. The cozy living/dining room features a seating area, sofa, and flat-screen TV. Please note: The basement is not wheelchair accessible and, due to its construction, sound carries easily—noise from the upper apartment may be heard.
