Check in was terrible took about an hour! Very disappointed with parking that was offered. Wasn’t aware how small their car park was. They had to keep keys to move around during the stay. Open card Deposit for themselves with the rooms but not for us parking. Asked for their insurance none given to see. Rooms very basic dusty. Small double bed. Very old dirty stained duvet in cover. Yes I’m keeping was the sash window but need extra glazing for noise. Adequate room for stay but cost was too expensive for what was on offer. Staff friendly. Breakfast was nice.

Great location, reception member of staff on check in was excellent, excellent price for sea view and spa facilities were excellent and worth the extra charge, though don’t believe this is explained on information before booking. Shower took a long time to warm up both in room and in spa and recommend black out blinds for rooms as external light from hotel could disturb peoples sleep

Check in was very disappointing as our room had been given to another guest. While this was being sorted out we had to wait in the bar area, we were given complimentary drinks at the bar while it took around 40 minutes to get into our room. When we finally checked in the carpet was tired and filthy with several stains. We found packaging under the window. The shower was very tired and with dirty sealant. The sink was blocked and they had to come and clear it. There was also a cookie under the bed - that our dog found! It just showed it hadn’t been cleaned properly. We were overall impressed with Joanne in reception. We were not impressed with the lady who I spoke with on the Friday morning, she was very direct and very unfriendly. We will NOT be returning. On the Friday we noticed that the fire alarm panel was alarming with a note saying the cellar alarm was activated, this went on all day. The only positive thing I could mention was the evening bar staff who were very friendly and welcoming and who put on really excellent entertainment on the Thursday & Friday night. Well done the to bar staff for making the stay bearable.

Parked at rear of property in hotels car park, room for approximately 15 cars. Checked in and paid £10 a day parking, handed car key into reception. Our room was on the third floor, there was a lift (room for a couple of people and our suitcase). We had a bronze room, double bed and bed settee, lovely clean white linen sheets, comfortable bed. Shower en suite, plenty of storage, TV, hairdryer. The sash window looked out onto the rear of hotel, we kept the blind closed because it was a hot sunny weekend. You can hire a fan, but we didn’t. Great fun hotel if you are looking for entertainment, bingo, karaoke, bar, escape rooms, restaurant, spa treatments, karaoke booth, darts, pool. Walk out of the front door and onto the beach. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful, thanks to James for checking on us in the escape room. Breakfast was worth paying for, cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast and full English. Not a quiet hotel, but great fun hotel. If you are easily offended then don’t book, but if you want a good laugh then get booking now. We will definitely book again.

Was not that clean.. And was not good had a power cut for 2 days , trying to shower or wash in the dark is not good.. limited cooking as no power to cook. very exhausted walking up and down 4 flights of stairs as no power for the lift.. couldn't even change my mobile phone .. Not even offered any refund. Not Impressed

Hotel staff are so friendly, rooms really lovely, we booked a gold standard room. Food in the restaurant is fantastic best hotel food I have had in a long time. Great atmosphere in the bar. Will definitely stay again!

Disapointed as i upgraded to a silver kingsize bed option with a see view. Ended up in en suite room bed yes was kingsize facilities very basic a average tv with the mantdory shelf with the usual tea coffee kettle. If this is a silver room then id hate to go bronze?? It wasnt the cheapest option either but it sold itself well on website and limited reviews. There was a catering option run in there cellar but a spagetti bolognese at £18 you can only image cost opitions on the rest if the menu as i quickly put it down. They offered nightly entertainment where i saw a pa system a tele with selection of quizez kareoke pool table and table games? Thought we,d book time in the hot tub ( at extra cost) only to discover they had just started cleaning it. Best part car parking ( at extra cost) fairplay the staff were pleasant sadly wouldnt return there sadly it honestly felt like being in a nursing home with a large bed sadly.

Stayed at the hotel over the Easter bank holiday weekend. Staff are friendly and keen to help. Check-in was straight forward. Room was clean on arrival. Location and view from the room are amazing. Down sides are the room service which is non existent unless you find someone to clear the rubbish and free parking is 15 min walk away or you pay 10 quid per day to keep it in the premises. Overall, it’s a decent hotel for the price.

Information not legally r'qd insisted upon checking in. Bed had not been changed and thick dust on furniture. Next to a room where a couple spent an entire night swearing/screaming leading to violence and nobody came to the door til 4am. Absolutely terrifying!!!! No phone in room and only answer phone from mobile. Worst hotel ever - reputation was well known locally it seems.

Location is the only good thing! Dirty room despite I asked twice to clean again my room when I checked in! The beds were damaged and the sleep was terrible. They charged me for 2 days of parking and i left after one night and they never refund the second day of parking.

We had a really lovely stay at The Jubilee Hotel, the hotel was very clean. Very nice room with everything you needed. comfortable bed very happy with the comfort of the accommodation. The breakfast was really good, well cooked with plenty of choice 😋 our party of three all agreed we have never stayed anywhere with such a lovely friendly team of staff, absolutely fantastic, everyone we met that worked there and spoke to in every department were so friendly helpful and kind, 😊we loved it and will definitely be booking to stay again.

Wholly unimpressed by this hotel. We paid £87 for one Saturday night in what was allegedly their gold standard room, which was meant to be the highest standard available. The price neither included breakfast nor parking, which for January was enormously expensive. The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been, check in was needlessly long and the bathroom tiny. What was a total nonsense was the half a roll of toilet paper included in the room, spare paper was available in a glass cabinet downstairs in reception, this was less than helpful at half past ten at night. A lot of work to be done here.

Lovely welcome from reception and easy to check in, parking was ok and understandable that there is only so much they can do to accommodate this with the land around the hotel, so it works once you get the concept. Amazing location right opposite the sea, we were lucky enough to have the sea view room to the front of the hotel too! Plenty of choice at breakfast with very well cooked choice and other items. Good well stocked bar too. Rooms are very clean with no concerns at all about the sheets etc, only gripe would be the pillows! They were awful as its like they have been washed and tumbled so all the filling has gone lumpy (they were all like this too as there was 5 of us in one family room) but having said that we didn't let it ruin the night away in a wonderful location. We would be more thna happy to return also.

This hotel is in a great location. I had a single room which whilst not large was comfortable and had everything I needed and wanted. The staff were very helpful. On arrival I was taken to my room and the guy carried my case for me. Throughout my stay they were constantly helpful. The food in the restaurant is not great.

Lovely welcome from reception and easy to check in, parking was ok and understandable that there is only so much they can do to accommodate this with the land around the hotel, so it works once you get the concept. Amazing location right opposite the sea, we were lucky enough to have the sea view room to the front of the hotel too! Plenty of choice at breakfast with very well cooked choice and other items. Good well stocked bar too. Rooms are very clean with no concerns at all about the sheets etc, only gripe would be the pillows! They were awful as its like they have been washed and tumbled so all the filling has gone lumpy (they were all like this too as there was 5 of us in one family room) but having said that we didn't let it ruin the night away in a wonderful location. We would be more thna happy to return also.

On arrival, after signing so many pages of time and conditions, I’ve been asked for credit card details in case something happened in the room or something is missing? The floor in the room was making loud sounds(creak). No soap, no shower gel. Went to reception and asked if they can give me a one of these little tiny bottles of shampoo or shower gel, the answer was sorry this is only for gold room is yours is silver. They sent someone to the room to add soap but she couldn’t manage to open it so she left it the plastic bottle next to the sink.

Check in was terrible took about an hour! Very disappointed with parking that was offered. Wasn’t aware how small their car park was. They had to keep keys to move around during the stay. Open card Deposit for themselves with the rooms but not for us parking. Asked for their insurance none given to see. Rooms very basic dusty. Small double bed. Very old dirty stained duvet in cover. Yes I’m keeping was the sash window but need extra glazing for noise. Adequate room for stay but cost was too expensive for what was on offer. Staff friendly. Breakfast was nice.

Information not legally r'qd insisted upon checking in. Bed had not been changed and thick dust on furniture. Next to a room where a couple spent an entire night swearing/screaming leading to violence and nobody came to the door til 4am. Absolutely terrifying!!!! No phone in room and only answer phone from mobile. Worst hotel ever - reputation was well known locally it seems.

We had a really lovely stay at The Jubilee Hotel, the hotel was very clean. Very nice room with everything you needed. comfortable bed very happy with the comfort of the accommodation. The breakfast was really good, well cooked with plenty of choice 😋 our party of three all agreed we have never stayed anywhere with such a lovely friendly team of staff, absolutely fantastic, everyone we met that worked there and spoke to in every department were so friendly helpful and kind, 😊we loved it and will definitely be booking to stay again.

Wholly unimpressed by this hotel. We paid £87 for one Saturday night in what was allegedly their gold standard room, which was meant to be the highest standard available. The price neither included breakfast nor parking, which for January was enormously expensive. The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been, check in was needlessly long and the bathroom tiny. What was a total nonsense was the half a roll of toilet paper included in the room, spare paper was available in a glass cabinet downstairs in reception, this was less than helpful at half past ten at night. A lot of work to be done here.

This hotel is in a great location. I had a single room which whilst not large was comfortable and had everything I needed and wanted. The staff were very helpful. On arrival I was taken to my room and the guy carried my case for me. Throughout my stay they were constantly helpful. The food in the restaurant is not great.

Location is the only good thing! Dirty room despite I asked twice to clean again my room when I checked in! The beds were damaged and the sleep was terrible. They charged me for 2 days of parking and i left after one night and they never refund the second day of parking.

Parked at rear of property in hotels car park, room for approximately 15 cars. Checked in and paid £10 a day parking, handed car key into reception. Our room was on the third floor, there was a lift (room for a couple of people and our suitcase). We had a bronze room, double bed and bed settee, lovely clean white linen sheets, comfortable bed. Shower en suite, plenty of storage, TV, hairdryer. The sash window looked out onto the rear of hotel, we kept the blind closed because it was a hot sunny weekend. You can hire a fan, but we didn’t. Great fun hotel if you are looking for entertainment, bingo, karaoke, bar, escape rooms, restaurant, spa treatments, karaoke booth, darts, pool. Walk out of the front door and onto the beach. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful, thanks to James for checking on us in the escape room. Breakfast was worth paying for, cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast and full English. Not a quiet hotel, but great fun hotel. If you are easily offended then don’t book, but if you want a good laugh then get booking now. We will definitely book again.

Stayed at the hotel over the Easter bank holiday weekend. Staff are friendly and keen to help. Check-in was straight forward. Room was clean on arrival. Location and view from the room are amazing. Down sides are the room service which is non existent unless you find someone to clear the rubbish and free parking is 15 min walk away or you pay 10 quid per day to keep it in the premises. Overall, it’s a decent hotel for the price.

Good nice property. Staff who works in kitchen and dinning area are exceptionally helpful. Thanks so much for their hard work and good service. We had special dietary requirements and they tried there very best to provide halal sausages as advertised in website. We will visit again.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, the room was extremely dirty and looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bed sheets were also dirty, and although I requested that they be changed immediately, they weren’t replaced until the following day. The carpet was in a poor condition and looked very dirty. I was told it had been cleaned, but it certainly didn’t appear that way. The beds were uncomfortable, and although the room was advertised for five people, it was far too small for our family. It felt very cramped and suffocating, with hardly any space to move around. We also asked about upgrading to a larger room, but unfortunately none were available due to the hotel being fully booked. The staff were a mixed experience. Some members of staff were friendly and helpful, while others lacked good customer service and hospitality. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was fresh with a good selection of food, and the hotel’s best feature was its excellent location, with the beach just across the road. Overall, the hotel is in need of a full refurbishment. With cleaner rooms, more comfortable accommodation, and improvements to customer service, it could offer a much better experience

I had a ground floor room in the annexe, very comfy and plenty of space. The best thing about the hotel is the friendliness and customer service from the staff team. Super helpful to us as a group of female cyclists. Our bikes were safely stored overnight and staff were brilliant.
