Private room with garden

It's a nice studio with much light in a big house where a family with 4 kids from 17-23 are living. There is a small kitchen with new dining space and a big bathroom with separate shower, bath, toilet and lavatory. There's also a tv (chromecast) and many cupboards to store your belongings. There's a swimming pool inside where you can enjoy swimming at certain times. (20€/h extra charge) Swimming lessons are given after school. You can enjoy sitting in the garden. There's a separate space for you with a table and two chairs. There are stairs on the left of the house to go to a private entry to the studio It's at 15-20 min walk from Busses and trams. At 5' walk there is a supermarket. A little further you can find a chemist, hairdresser, doctor, ... It's a quiet place, close to the city You can park your car outside but it's secure. You can also hire the place per week, everything is discussable
