In a peaceful setting, in the heart of the Forêts National Park (in Champagne and Burgundy), this contemporary two-story cottage is built of wood and aluminum. The ground floor, with its polished concrete floor, features a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to a lovely wooden terrace. There is also a bedroom with two single beds (80cm) that can be joined together, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with two single beds (80cm) that can be joined together. Heating is provided by a high-efficiency pellet stove. An additional sleeping space is available in the living room (supplement of €10/day) or in the downstairs bedroom. A cot and high chair are available upon request. Parking and shared grounds on 2 hectares are available. Four other cottages on the property offer a total capacity of 20 to 25 people (references: H21G027769 - H21G027765 - H21G027775 and H21P028049 for all of them). Next to the cottages, the old train station serves as a reception area with toilets, a shared laundry room (washing machine and dryer), and the caretaker's apartment upstairs.
