This tranquil property offers a private entrance and is designed for your comfort and relaxation. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open-plan kitchen that flows into the living area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The ground floor features a cozy 15 m² bedroom with a TV and wardrobe, along with a full bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. Ascend to the first floor to discover a completely independent loft spanning 60 m². Here, you'll find a 15 m² air-conditioned bedroom with a luxurious King-sized bed, a full bathroom with an Italian shower and toilet, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen that extends into a spacious 35 m² living area. In the lower level, a 35 m² master bedroom awaits, complete with a sitting area featuring a TV and wardrobe. This level also includes a full bathroom with a shower and toilet. Air conditioning is available in all rooms to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. Step outside to your private outdoor space where you can enjoy meals under the fig tree, followed by a game of pétanque. A private parking space is available for your convenience. For ultimate relaxation, indulge in the communal hot tub, situated in the former location of the mill's wheel. Just a 2-minute walk away, on the Place des Tilleuls, you'll find local amenities such as a bakery (open daily except Monday), a pizza takeaway on Friday evenings, and a crêperie on Sundays. The summer guinguette at the municipal campsite offers an outdoor pool (open July and August) and serves grilled dishes and pizzas. A 5-minute drive will take you to Mercurey, where you can find various shops, a supermarket, and more. Explore the surrounding vineyards for wine tastings or enjoy nature walks and bike rides through the Vallée des Vaux, the Chemin des Croix, and the Croix de Theu.
