The international airport of Pula is 60km away.Complex LuVe is just the right vacation home for you if you are looking for a typical Croatian and at the same time modern house with pool, located in a quiet area, but in pleasant proximity to the sea and beaches, shopping and restaurants. The complex consists of two semi-detached houses, perfect for a group vacation. The 1000 m² property is fenced and has ample terrace area as well as a small lawn area. The two slightly winding, mostly covered terraces, offers all kinds of possibilities for wonderful outdoor relaxation hours. Find your personal favorite place! The lounge sofas are likely to be a potential favorite, as are the Jacuzzis? Two 32 m² saltwater pools - which can also be heated if required - are available for cooling off, and you can chill out on one of the comfortable loungers under the Mediterranean sky. If you like, you can also quickly refresh yourself under the outdoor shower. In the evening, you can cook something hearty on the walled charcoal grill, perhaps with a glass of wine, and then feast together at the dining table. Pure vacation! The villas, which extend over two levels, offer 400 m² of interior space, which is more than one might expect at first glance. They convince by their technically high level in successful combination with modern country house design and carefully co-ordinated, predominantly bright colors, forms and materials - here you may luxuriate extensively in the interior-architectural comfort. The open-plan living/dining rooms, which can be accessed directly from the terrace, house a sofa corner where extensive relaxation is the order of the day. Guest WC's, as well as one double bedroom each with en suite bathroom are also located on the first floor, while the three other bedrooms per villa are located upstairs and also each have an en suite bathroom and one has access to a balcony. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and furnished with a very good sense of a noble style. They convince with a lot of white in combination with effective color accents.
