Clean room, reception and bar staff great.

Breakfast was a disappointment. No hash browns, no mushrooms, no baked beans. Explanation given was attributed to delays in the kitchen. Bread was from the previous day. After a request fresh bread was made available. Yoghurts not available. very few pastries -probably from there day before. having intended to make an early start to our day with a good breakfast, this was not possible.

Excellent hotel particularly the staff they were amazing. My only gripe is that hotels.com charged me £11.00 in fees. Most I have ever paid.

The third bed was not made up on arrival, but the staff were very apologetic. Luke warm water for a shower. At breakfast, items were not being replenished, meaning options swiftly became limited.
