The entire property has been refurbished to offer comfort and modern living. As part of our community, you have the possibility to move freely to any of the 218 rooms available in Madrid, Toledo, and Málaga, offering maximum flexibility and convenience. Rental requirements include a refundable one-month deposit, partial rent for August or September, and a €495 management/subscription fee. This fee allows you to move into any of our nearly 200 rooms across Madrid, Toledo, and Málaga whenever you wish.
