Quiet detached house with enclosed garden, garage, balcony, and gravel courtyard with barbecue. Access to the house is via an external staircase and balcony. On one level: entrance hall, separate, fully equipped kitchen, living room with corner sofa and TV, air conditioning in the living room; one bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm), one bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm), a separate toilet, and a shower room (large shower). Bed linen with beds made upon arrival, heating, electricity, kitchen linen, and end-of-stay cleaning are included (subject to reasonable electricity consumption and leaving the cottage in a reasonable condition). Optional: towels: €5 per person. The cottage is located 8km from the spa town of Saint Honoré les Bains, 29km from Mont Beuvray, and the Bibracte archaeological site. In the southern Morvan region, where numerous activities await you: hiking, fishing, water sports, etc., this accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
